Went in to order a 5 dollar coffee, when I went to pay and all I had available was a $50 dollar bill. The girl behind the counter extremely rudely said "I cant make change for that dont you have anything smaller". When I said no sorry I would have given it too you if I had. She then scoffed and said "well dont you have a credit card?" When I told her no all she could say was well I cant make change. Now it wasnt even busy or anything she could have at least asked a manager for change instead of dismissing me. Dunkin Donuts down the street was happy to give me change for my coffee that cost half the price out of my $50 dollar bill.

The staff Alicia, Amanda, Ame, Will and so many other baristas are always friendly and helpful. They take time to explain new brews to you and make sure your coffee is just the way you like it. I only drink the Veranda or Willow blonde coffee and even when they are out they will offer to make sure pour over or on the clover press. The atmosphere at this new Starbucks in Littleton is welcoming and there are comfortable seats to sit in as well as outlets to plug in your laptop. I would recommend coming in for a happy face and yummy coffee. :)

The staff was so patient with me and my questions about cold brew coffee. The order came up in about 3 minutes. The sausage egg and cheese was good but nothing spectacular. It needed more moisture. I recommend this location of Starbucks. Update: I had the same thing on Day 2. The sausage egg and cheese sandwich was much more moist! The cold brew was still good and the internet is excellent!

Despite being the closest Starbucks to where I live I normally avoid it and travel farther distances. The service is super slow, taking on average 10 minutes to get through the line and order. The delay is not due to the long lines, but to the baristas lack of urgency. They spend more time chatting with their friends who pop in than doing their job making drinks.

Gorgeous new Starbucks at The Point! Easy access immediately off Rte 495 at Route 119 between Acton and Westford. The Vitamin Shoppe and Market Basket are also open. Many more shops and restaurants on the way. ONeil cinemas will be here too. Very exciting. Check it out!

The staff at this Starbucks takes time to get to know you and your order. Every time I walk in no matter the time I get greeted with huge smile and called by my name. Amye and her staff is killing it.
