My first visit was a year ago the owner licked his fingers to get my change and then proceeded to make my bagel without washing his hands our using a glove. On my second visit, the girl behind the counter gave me change with the hand she was wearing the glove on. Then in my bagel was the twist tie for the bagel bag Im assuming and lettuce from the knife that was used to cut it with. I am done trying this place, its not worth it.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. My company is right up the street, and we order sandwich platters from them for functions and client meetings. They are always on time, have everything we need and are so helpful and friendly. We have also used them for the catering of dinners as well. Oh and their coffee and muffins in the morning make my day!

Awesome place to grab a cup of coffee enroute to work... Im done with Dunkin Donuts, you can get better coffer and homemade bagels/sandwiches in less time for the same $$. The folks that operate the place are incredibly friendly and take the time to get to know their customers. Support local business!!

The Hopkinton Gourmet is a great place to grab a cup coffee. I know the owner and he is a great guy that really cares about his customers. The girls that work in the shop are all very friendly and do a great job. At lunch time they also have some tasty sandwiches.

Coffee perfect every time. Lunch is great. Bagels are awesome. Chicken salad roll up for lunch is fantastic. And the service is outstanding. Bar none, this feels like every home town coffee shop should be.

This used to be the only coffee shop in town but now the competition has outpaced them. I do still go here when Im in the mood for their fresh bagels though and their service is always friendly.
