RED ALERT DOGS!
The cruel owner, Nick imprisons his 3 little beagles outside, behind the restaurant, in a freezing metal box all year round. There are pictures and videos of the horrific conditions which have gone viral all over the world. Their shanty shelter has no bedding or straw ..water is frozen & so is their food which they cant even access. Nick also locks them in this contraption in the oppressive heat & sun..no different then being in a hot vehicle which results in torturous death. Theyve been heard by neighbors crying and barking all night. Neighbors called Animal Control on several occasions..AC finally took them because of the barking..not because of the inhumane living conditions. When Nick went to reclaim them he was instructed he must keep them INDOORS..but he returned them right back outside in 5 degree icy weather. Obviously Nick, an ignorant, antiquated old man has not joined the 21st century! He continues to think he is above the law as its illegal to keep dogs outside in such extreme weather. Animal abuse will no longer be tolerated in the US - and its up to us to not allow when local NYPD & AC/MSPCA do not enforce the law. Protest with your wallets. Please join the countless others who have & will continue to boycott D&M Pizza until Nick surrenders these abused dogs to a legit, reputable 501c3 rescue who will find them loving (indoor homes) immediately. Dogs are not commodities, they are beloved members of the family. Thank You!

Do NOT order from this place! I repeat DO NOT ORDER! HORRIBLE FOOD! cold when it arrived. FIRSt and LAST time I will be ordering. coWorkers and myself had ordered over $60 worth of food. I had asked for a receipt so we could devide the bill. When it came it was just a grand total, so i kindly called to ask the prices, i was put on hold and in the background someone yelled "well shes gonna have to wait ,im not giving the prices" I held for over 10 minutes and then told im going to have to call back. No problem , I called back and then again placed on hold to hear them talking ignorant in the background. Once they pick up I asked for a manager, again I was left on hold for god knows how long and not a single person picked up. This is no kind of way to run a business! So unprofessional and disturbing! Employees not caring Okay understanding but even the manager!!!!!

I am very happy I decided to try D & M again. I used to order from them several times a week, as they are very close to my work and delicious, but I had noticed their quality decreasing several years ago. I had been hearing through the grapevine that they had returned to the consistent, delicious quality that they used to be so I ordered my go-to pizza - the veggie Mediterranean. It was amazing! In fact, even better than I remember! As someone who used to order from them all the time I became very familiar with the owner. I think all of the reviews about his dogs are very unfair and dont speak at all to the type of man he is or the business he runs, especially seeing as he was cleared by all the animal authorities. I will absolutely be ordering again and again, and will definitely be insistent on returning our work pizza-party orders to D&M.

Dont need to eat here to know they deserve the lowest rating possible. In an alley behind thier gross restraunt, they keep three Beagles stuffed into a single makeshift crate in -5 degree weather with snow & ice on the ground. Their dog food is kept in a rusted bin without a top so its completely exposed to rain, snow, insects & other contaminates. After sitting in the snow it will likely be molded. I have heard the pitiful excuse that they are used as "hunting dogs"...that doesnt warrant neglect & abuse. These dogs need to be removed from this situation and this business needs to be boycotted. They are despicable people and dont deserve the business of anyone when they treat their animals like they are worthless and deserving of abuse.

Im from out of town and was searching for a place close for delivery that wasnt a chain restaurant. When I called they said it was too late for delivery, but I decided to order anyway and just pick it up.I have to say I am so happy I did! I had the D&M specialty pizza. The crust was fabulous, the toppings fresh and plentiful and the sauce was definitely not from a jar. Overall quality was terrific and the lady behind the counter was courteous and helpful. I hope people give this small business a chance to make it. I will most definitely be back.

D and M has great food!!! I have ordered from there plenty of times and always enjoyed it! The portions are extremely large and the prices are very fair especially for how much food you get! A large sub is big enough to feed 2 or 3 people and comes with a free bag of chips- its the perfect lunch! They also run special discounts for pizzas which make large orders really cheap! Its right off the highway so its perfect for picking up quick dinner after work. There steak bombs are the best, and soooooo filling!

DO NOT GO HERE, would give 0 stars if I could! This business abuses their animals and leaves their dogs outside in the freezing cold weather! People like this shouldnt make any money. Anyone that can leave 3 animals in a tin cage outside in below freezing weather shouldnt be able to run and keep a business. Lets shut em down! Simply dont care if this is their income and livelyhood, shouldve thought twice before you left 3 freezing dogs outside in an alleyway.

I HAVE KEPT AND TRAINED BEAGLES TO HUNT AND HAVE FELLOW HUNTERS WHO KEEP BEAGLES. NONE OF US WOULD EVER KEEP OUR HOUNDS IN KENNELS LIKE YOU HAVE THEM IN BEHIND YOU PIZZA PARLOR.YOU ARE NOT A TRAINER OR A HUNTER . YOU GIVE GOOD HUNTERS AND BEAGLE OWNERS A VERY BAD NAME. THE BEST THING YOU CAN DO IS STICK TO MAKING PIZZA. IF THE WAY YOU ARE TREATING THOSE BEAGLES IS ANY SIGN OF THE TYPE OF PERSON YOU ARE WHO WANTS TO BUY PIZZA FROM YOU?

Just read something on facebook about the beagles kept in the back. Saw pictures as well. How do you sleep at night when these animals are caged and half frozen. Do you have no heart? Are you people even human? Even wild animals are loose and have the ability to find shelter. They are stuck there. How rotten can you be. Give these animals to someone who cares because obviously you "people" don"t.

Just moved to the area and my first time calling was the worst ive ever heard from a restaurant business, and i use to work in one. The worst customer service ever. Lady who answered the phone was ok, guy who runs the place ( you can gear him when they tell you to hold) horrible boss cant even believe he has employees never mind customers. Good luck to that place.

Horrible horrible NEVER EAT HERE, SPREAD THE WORD. Do not support this business owner is an animal abuser, claims dogs should be kept in freezing cold temperatures with no heat or blankets to extreme heat with no water.. because their just hunting dogs he says. This man should not have animals of any kind in his care. Oh ya pizza is aweful as well. SAVE THE DOGS!
