I ordered a bilzzard which is supposed to be there most frozen treat dq carrries. I recieved a tsunami instead which dripped to the ground when doing the blizzard tip over . luckily for me a kind manager asked about the service I expressed my dissatifaction and she compensated us with icecream I wish the employees cared as much as she did.

The night crew has no idea what they are doing. I asked for oreo cheesecake blizzard shake. They said they couldnt do it. Then I said give it to me as a shake and all it was was milk and oreo bits. Not frozen, no cheesecake.
