Worst service EVER. I am not a coffee drinker, so I cannot say how good their drinks are, but almost everyday I order the same thing - a chocolate chip muffin. Going through the drive-thru is THE WORST experience! You can have one car in front of you but it will still take 10 minutes for the line to move. I work in the building next door and like to grab my muffin before work, but I have to make sure Im AT LEAST 15-20 mins early to work just so I can get my muffin! And at least once a week, once I get up to the drive-thru window to pay, they have the WRONG ORDER and I have to tell them again what I ordered. The service is terribly slow. Even if you go inside and order, it is painful. Lines are slow - and sometimes I am lucky to get no line inside, but the person at the counter wont be paying attention (chatting with friends/on their cellphone) and wont even notice a paying customer is standing there waiting for their order to be taken. Ridiculous. They seem like nice people - but are either incredibly understaffed or have sloths working for them. On the brightside, my muffin tastes great (most of the time).

The employees are nice, however when you order a sub, they automatically toast it!!! This is the 3rd time I asked for a sub and came out toasted. I ordered a turkey sub with mayo and they toasted it!!! I had to throw it out... yet again (for the 3rd time) because the thought of warm Mayo makes me sick and the bread is hard!! Plus you have to wait like 10-15 and most of us are on borrowed time. Every other place asks you first before toasting. Now I know that if I go back there, not to get a sub or just to make sure they dont toast it.

Ive gone a few times for different lunch items and every single one of them has been disappointing. Chicken pesto was oily with no flavor, chicken blt was half assed and on cheap bread with just mayo and hardly any lettuce, the orzo salad was flavorless with solidified oil, chicken salad is over saturated in mayo, menu is messy and doesnt list additions or ingredients for sandwiches. I cant speak for the coffee, but I use to be a barista myself so Im not even going to risk it.

This place is so bad, Im actually in line right now at the drive thru. Theres only one other car in front of me. Its beyond slow every time I come. They need to hire more staff or something. My wait time is now over 10mins, for one iced Coffee -_- unbelievably slow service and over priced.

TERRIBLE! The lines do not move the staff is horrible. I got a simple coffee and muffin. The coffee tastes like water and there is no way they can pass the muffin off as fresh it was harder than a rock. The cashier was rude. Never coming here again. Its overpriced and absolutely awful.

It sells flavour drip coffee. So does Dunkin Donuts. The coffee was on par with DD. The atmosphere was a hip coffee shop, however and felt very comfortable and unique. No espresso machine. Coffee was a 3. Atmosphere and location are a 5. Drive thru is a bonus for some.

Great little shop with a good selection, clean with friendly staff. There are seats and tables available to sit. Useful if you are early for class or the train though it can be crowded at lunchtime. The Lawrence station commuter rail is just down the street.

1) ordered an veggie egg and cheese, received an egg and cheese with raw veggies as a topping. -____- 2) ordered a croissant with cheese, received a croissant with two cold cuts of cheese. Advice: Please be very specific when ordering.
