The cheese pizza was good but i was not comfortable with the customer service. I called for a pick up and ordered a special, 2 cheese for $19. Then i told her about my order from last week i didnt get charged the special price for the 2 pepperoni pizza, can i have a $6 refund or discount on this i have a receipt. She said she dont know she have to ask her boss. I asked if her boss was there, she impatiently said yes ask she is here ask her when u come in. So i went in and asked the boss while a young lady behind her was really staring at me, the boss sound stressed out with an accent and carelessly said then u should of ask for it to be a special last week then she ask me if i have asked for a special for this order. I said yes. Then I paid for this order as i am thinking i will never come here again not even an apology for being rude.

Approximately once a week I order a cheese pizza from pizza time. I always tip the driver and have been satisfied with my pizza. Today I ordered my usual and it was not cooked well at all. The cheese was not hot and the bottom was rubbery. It didnt look or taste like it came fresh out of the oven. I called thinking that since I never have complained and I order every week my concern would be addressed . I requsted a fresh,hot pizza be made to replace the one they brought me.NOPE !! The owner came one the phone and insisted it was made fresh. He did not offer a remedy. I am throwing this pizza in the trash and I will NEVER order from here again. My complaint is less about the pizza and more that my concern was not validated and fixed.

Top notch service every time i have gone in to dine or order out. My son absolutely loves the chicken tenders meal, which also comes with a side salad. The tenders are a little more pricey, then say the average pizza parlor, but you get what you pay for. The tenders are actual chicken and not that filler stuff. My personal favorite is the salad with tuna on it and creamy Italian dressing, or the chicken kabob salad and their house made vinaigrette. The cops tend to eat their supper there, and that makes it that much safer well. The owners are very accommodating and friendly and are very community oriented.

This place is a joke!! I ordere a ham and cheese I specifically told her I wanted it toasted so the cheese will melt ..(not a hard task) when it came it was cold and hardly toasted .. The bread was still soft ! Then I get on the phone with the "manager" he goes oh you should have told her u wanted extra toasted like I never knew that u gotta sit there and tell them super toasted like ??? Very rude on the phone, will never order from here again!!

I sent them an email expressing my extreme dissatisfaction over my order. It took them an hour to bring me a chicken salad sub and it tasted lousy. It doesnt take that long to slap some chicken salad on a roll. I called at 3:30pm to place my order so its not like it was a busy time of day either. I never got an apology or any type of response from them. I do not recommend this restaurant and will never ever eat from there again.

Great people providing great food. Friendly staff. This food is definitely comfort food. The pizzas are fantastic, the subs are on par with other realy great local establishments. I enjoy the pockets and salads also which are pretty darn fresh. If your visiting the area and want to indulge in local food, this is the spot.

I been going here for years. The pizza is phenomenal. The Calzone is amazing. I have never had any issues with the service, nor the food. I read some of the other reviews. Who the hell orders a chicken salad on a sub at a pizza joint. Retards.

The pizza is awesome but the attendant is impolite and doesnt wait until you complete or order. Ill give 5 start for the great pizza they have and 0 star for the person who take the order. Because of that I ordered in other brand pizza.

They refused to deliver anywhere over 2 miles which is ridiculous the pizza is not even that good but then again there arent many good pizza places around here but at least other ones will deliver
