WILL NOT RETURN!! After 2 weeks I am still fuming from my last (and I do mean last) experience at Fellinis. Let me begin by say that the pizza is pretty damn good, but not worth the attitude and rude service. Living in Providence affords plenty of excellent dining options and I have patronized Fellinis almost exclusively for pizza, but they will not receive my business any longer. My fiance and I were entertaining his brother who was visting from Oregon. As we dragged him around the city I bragged about Fellinis having some of the best pizza around. We entered and it was like we didnt exist. There was one customer waiting at the register for his take out. I love it when I walk into a business and 3-4 employees look you dead in the eye and dont acknowledge your presence. A simple hello would have been nice. As we stared at the menu board one employee was so agressive in rushing us to order, saying "come on come on", again we are the only people there. We ordered three slices, and the same employee rudely asked us "are you going to pay or what". So rude that the customer waiting for his takeout alongside me, looked at me in disbelief and mouthed the word "wow". I was so close to telling the employee to keep his pizza and his attitude and walk out. however I was starving and I didnt want to make a scene in front of our guest. I am not a picky patron, as a server/ bartender for over ten years, as I am just happy to be eating out and being served, instead of doing the serving. The service at Fellinis was atrocious and no pizza is worth that. I tried to reach management via their site, but no contact info, I attempt to call to complain today ( which I never ever do). Fortunately NICE SLICE on Thayer St. is amazing. pizza (better than Fellinis IHO). and like the name suggests "NICE". The staff has always been super friendly and personable. do yourself a favor get better pizza and a nicer experience by skipping Fellinis.

I would like to talk about my experience at Fellinis pizza, at this point on a scale of 1 to 10 they get a GIANT-0 My first experience at Fellinis pizza in Cranston was extremely poor! poor service right from the beginning! As I waited 45 minutes for a table, the hostess skip over us completely gave our table to someone else. Then said sorry cant do nothing for you to its a 20 minute wait before you get a table. she told me that she asked everyone in the restaurant, when the entire time I was standing a total of maybe 5 feet from the hostess stand. Someone else possibly a manager came over to us to apologize offered to buy me a beer or dessert which they never came through on. When I finally get a table and our order was taken the server never picked up the menus or brought us silverware or plates until after the pizza arrives which also took another 30 minutes. I will say the pizza was good, After we finished we sat there for a good 15 minutes before anyone pass by to pick up plates and give us box to package our leftovers and we never once was asked if we needed second round of drinks. My second experience with filling pizza which I should have never given them a second chance. I call them to order a pizza on their front of their menu, on the back of the menu and inside of their menu it says free delivery! I called and asked for a delivery and they proceed to tell me they dont have delivery not until October. Sorry if you going to offer and advertise a service you should be able to provide that service! If that service is limited to a certain time of year it should state it on your menu.

I always enjoyed buying a pizza at Fellinis, I got hooked about 4-5 yrs ago after reading an article about the great Thanksgiving pizza, well, today I had an experience that will keep me away for good. I drove 15-20 miles to get there only to be told that they werent taking and orders for the Thanksgiving Pizza, I asked why not and the girl told me they had taken to many orders before they even opened up today, granted I understand how that could happen, it is very good to eat. The thing that bothered me is that they would not answer the phone and tell people that so I went to Fellinis and was turned away, oh but I was offered 8 individual slices which would make a full Pizza, the catch was that I would have to pay per slice prices which is almost Ten dollars more...$30.00 vs $40.00, I refused the great deal. I have spoken to the owner in the past and she is a sweet person, I cant believe they would do that to people, when they have their little stories in the news paper or even on their website they should say you can order two or four weeks in advance and I would have. Guess you have to spend hundreds there to get that info. Anyway had to vent about this because I had started a tradition and now it has ended, Im sure they could care less about losing me. Tried to screw me ten dollars, can you believe that. I would like to say the little girl at the counter has no compassion at all, shouldnt be dealing with busy crowds.

The food may be good but you can get it on hope st just as good. The difference between the two is fellini has some horrible service and I have no problem proving it. It is true some of the guys working there are nice its there other couple employees who ruin it all. One K**hy or K*m is known to be extremely rude and employees have quit because of this. I simply asked if I could have a pepper chopped on my grinder and she not only said NO for no good reason. (I always got it that way) But she continued being rude.and I went in two other occasions and did again. Shes done it too other customers I noticed and employees. I asked for owners number at register and I called. The owner a did call eventually but she left vm and I didnt have her number anymore and the owner didnt make another attempt to call. I called restaurant and the same worker answered she told me she would not give out owners number and if she didnt call you back its obvious she cant be bothered. The worker has been there a while. No one you ask will doubt that shes this way that has dealt with her and the owner does know. Im not the only one that has complained. She is obviously in busy area and not concerned. I am recommending Pizza Gourmet on hope st right down the road. I never complain but this situation left by an owner who treats people this way I can be at there place and really makes you not interested in eating there too.

My boyfriend and I ordered take out for the first time from here for dinner the other night. Overall pretty good experience. The employee on the phone who took the order was so pleasant and helpful, and she offered great recommendations. My only complaint was the consistency of the pizza. We ordered one of their specialty pies and added chicken. There was too much ricotta, they should have made the dollops smaller because we ended up with a soggy center of the pie and the edges were too burnt to really enjoy. Other than that, pretty great. They even put ice cream in a container of ice so itd stay cold for the Blondie we ordered. The ice cream was premium and the homemade blondie was chewy with brown sugar and absolutely delicious. We also got a small Cesar salad to share, which was standard fair but the dressing was great, and the garlic knots. They were pretty good, however I feel like instead of topping with roasted garlic, having it just wrapped in the dough of the knots and maybe incorporated in the sauce would have been more cohesive. Overall pretty good, and Id try it again, maybe with a different pie with less topping so it wont get cooked unevenly.
