I very rarely post reviews. In fact, when I do they are to point out excellent service or quality, but this situation just bothers me and others should know. I ordered five pizzas for a retreat at 2:00 pm in the afternoon for delivery by 6:45 pm. The timing was critical to the retreat schedule. At 6:45 pm I received a call indicating that they were running an hour late for delivery!!! I told them that I had ordered early to assure that I would have the pizza on time as the retreat schedule required a certain time for meals. I asked him what he was going to do to make up for this disaster...he told me that his call was his solution! He told me he would call me and update me when the pizzas were going out. He did but when he called he said that the pizza was done, but he was just waiting for a driver. After nearly an hour late...the pizza arrived...and it was COLD! It threw off the timing of the first evening of the retreat. I asked for an adjustment and got nothing. He told me that I was lucky because if I had called then I would have to wait three hours for delivery! I told him that is why I ordered at 2:00 pm as I was instructed to do by a young lady I spoke to the day before! Every business makes mistakes and I accept that having been in business myself...but the true measure of a business is what they do when they make a mistake. They did NOTHING! No adjustment...Cold Pizza. Caution.

The pizza is good for the style that they make, but the real problem is with the other stuff. 3/5 times that Ive ordered the Buffalo Wings, we had a batch of VERY fatty ones. That happens. However, the Chicken Cutlet sub I ordered recently was pretty terrible. If I wanted a reheated frozen chicken patty, Id have ordered a chicken sandwich at Mcdonalds. Cant you drop some *actual* chicken tenderloins in the fryer and chop em up? Its really because of things like this, and not so much the pizza itself, that Id rather just go to/order from Marc Anthonys. The only benefit with Minerva really is that Marcs is cash only.

****attention**** Everytime I order from here it takes 1 hour and 30 mins. The guy on the phone told me when I called at the 1 hour mark , "it already left should be there any min" it was 30 mins later I got my 1 sub. The driver was rude and the staff was rude. And not to mention my food was cold. If it was a busy day and happened once I would not complain, this is a constant thing and never will I ever spend another penny there. Do not give them service.

I have ordered from Minervas on/Off for the past 10 years and they have gotten progressively worse. Ordered a Minerva Special pizza loaded with raw peppers & onion, couldnt even see any cheese. So bland and so dry the toppings fell off. After waiting an hour for delivery and paying $18 plus del tip for a small pizza, (the smallest one I have ever seen!) this will be the last order for me.

I dont know how the food is? After 1 hour and 15 minutes I still didnt get my delivery. It was a Wednesday night and I told them to refund my money and not to deliver my food. After I called and told them not to bother with my delivery, they showed up anyway in 10 minutes. Im pretty sure they forgot about me because I live 4.7 miles away! I will never order from here again!

The customer service was horrible!!!! I guess when you order an Italian or American sub you have to request meat in it ....if not youll be lucky to have 2 super tgin slices of meat in it (seriously) and the ziti with chicken and broccoli....you need a microscope to find the chicken. The manager offered a discount on the next order..REALLY....Avoid this restaurant

Ive been coming here for most of my life (lifelong Wareham resident.) Its been going downhill. The food is really inconsistent. Cold "toasted" sandwiches, stale bread and wraps, and sandwiches with very little in them. Sometimes its great but that seems to be the exception now rather than the rule.

If you are not local dont waste your time going here. They didnt process my phone order because of my Florida area code number and had to wait over 20 minutes for my pizza after I got there. I didnt get an explanation of why my order was not ready for pick up or an apology from anyone.

I feel ripped off....The food prices and quality are much better at Shennanigans. I remember Minervas being quality....what a disappointment. Oh well now I know better. Just close already. 3rd time been ripped off. Figured Id give it one last shot. Youre embarrassing Main St. Js

Very poor delivery time always. While the pizza and food is alright, it is extremely frustrating to always wait so long for my food. Best part was I waited 1.5 hours and the delivery person showed up without my order. Avoid ordering from this place if you can.

The food and service is inconsistent. Sometimes its excellent (which keeps me coming back), then my order is wrong(forgotten items, food not cooked to order,ect). I guess it depends on who is working but they always have new employees so its hard to say.

Beware if you order online the website will tell you 25 minutes and then you can Expect to Wait for a Hour or so. Im not Happy my Food Better be Hot they should have called and said that they were Running Late on there Delivery
