Dear Mr. Cannizzaro, Allow me to say that your establishment is absolutely adorable and has the perfect décor for a bridal shower. As one of the bridesmaids for Kristens shower today, Sunday, June 13, 2010, we enjoyed your building facility and the delicious food. Unfortunately, we found that your main waitress was quite rude, abrupt, bossy, and unpleasant to deal with. As a whole, we were extremely frustrated and disappointed with her service. This is not the first shower I have hosted; I am on my 13th wedding, as a bridesmaid, and was appalled by her manner. To begin with, when we first arrived and began getting ourselves situated she came over and did not introduce herself; she only told us that she’d give us a few minutes to settle in before she went over the shower “rules”. She then informed us where Kristen would sit, what order the bride and guests would get in line to eat, when we were to eat our cake, and how Kristen could only have ten gifts at a time. She then proceeded to tell us that if her vacuum ate any of the decorative rocks on the tables she would charge us for a new vacuum. Subsequently, when the food came out Kristen wanted her grandmothers to be the first in line but the waitress reprimanded her because she had stated that the bride was to be first. Furthermore, before Kristen had a chance to take any pictures with her cake, the waitress was about to take it so she could begin cutting it. Thankfully, I overheard her say this and was able to get Kristen and her family to the cake before it disappeared. To make matters worse, while Kristen was eating her cake the waitress came over and took her table away. Kristen stated that she was not done eating her cake and the waitress’ responded with, “well, you have plenty of cake to take home with you so you can eat your cake then.” Her comment made the bride feel uncomfortable and rushed, and at this point it was only 1:15 and we had the room until 3. It is quite disgusting that we were told how to host an event that we were paying for, continually felt reprimanded by a wait staff member, and was never once asked if we needed help with anything. I highly encourage you to train your wait staff on customer service etiquette so the next bridal party does not feel like an inconvenience as we did today. Sincerely, Erica

Myself and 2 guests had dinner on Thursday, March 3 around 6:15 and Bonnie was our waitress. Unfortunately, I misplaced my money and had none with me. Dave Gustafson, my nephew, paid the check but I want to send him the money as I intended for them to be my guests. Bonnie is checking the dollar amount; however she thought it was Friday, March 4. It was actually Thursday, March 3. I had the Pork Osso Buco and it was dee-licious as well as beautifully presented! I cooked this dish with veal years for my family,since my mother, Cecile Lortie Desaulniers, prepared it for us while growing up. It was given to my aunt, Marie Lortie Cote, in the 1940s by a chef at the Chateau Frontenac in Quebec, Province de Quebec. It was not on the menu but prepared for no less than four people who were regular customers at the Chateaus restaurant, a special event for us each time we went. By the way, your Beefeater Martinis are also great!

I didnt even eat here but went to look for a venue for my sons rehearsal dinner. The owner, Mr Cannizzaro was very inflexible; could only meet at 4 on any day of the week. When I arrived to look at the room his attitude was almost one of who cares. He definitely was not trying to sell the place. I didnt book here because I was very worried that this attitude would carry to the rehearsal dinner that I want to be fun and relaxing for the newly weds to be. Sorry; if the food is good but the attitude is not I am moving on.

This restaurant was recommended by a friend for the matinis so we figured we would try it to eat as well. The atmosphere was awful, too many tables next to each other too loud and very bright lights. Our server Heather had no personality and never once smiled. My husbands steak was raw! He sent it back and it took 15 mins to get back, I assume it was the manager that brought it back to our table and said "hope this is okay " and left. An apology would have been good. Martini was great. My fish was okay.

My fiance and I love coming here! Most dinner plates range from $13-$29 and are just plain yummy. The martini list is unbelievable. Definately make sure you decide who is driving home because before you know it you have downed 3 delicious martinis and cant see straight! Wait staff is usually very good. If you havent been here and live under an hour you would not be wasting your time in taking a trip out.

Had my bridal shower here in spring 07 and the food was amazing!! Beautiful decor and the waitstaff were great. The best would be their martinis--typical pricing for martinis but they have so many options youll never get bored. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to use them for a function or just to have a nice night out for dinner and drinks!
