Normally I have a great experience here. The coffee is amazing (normally) and the staff is friendly (normally). It has occurred twice that there has been an issue. First, my friend found a hair in her bagel and approached a staff member in the nicest way possible - who in turn was chewing a bagel and didnt seem to really care and said "oh sorry". This same staff member was rude yet again to me today when she messed up my coffee order for me to leave and realize it still wasnt right ... wish I knew her name but I mostly love bagelz but it would be a lot better without her working there!!!

Best bakery around. Their bagels are out of this world and their cream cheese is to die for. The well-known best is an everything bagel with veggie cream cheese. No one I know has found a better cream cheese anywhere. Their coffee is also incredible AND highly caffeinated. Another great thing is that they sell lunch sandwiches, like chicken salad on a bagel which is a genius combination. Overall great. Except their egg sandwiches. The eggs are too fake for me. Everything else is top notch though
