The kung pao spicy chicken appears to be the same celery / chicken based dish (that is not kung pao) as Hong Kongs Szechaun dish over the road (the variant being that apparently to make the dish Szechaun in Hong Kong you simply have to add dried chillies.)

The wait staff were friendly, and food arrived quickly. I found the food not too salty, and what I ordered was tasty. However, I cannot in good conscience award a 5 star review because I only tried two dishes. Will definitely come back sometime.

Very fast, authentic (so Im told) Chinese food. I highly recommend the spicy chili fish. They also offer dim sum on the weekends which, though no Hei La Moon, is probably the best youre going to get in the square.

Cilantro has a casual atmosphere, quick kitchen-to-table time, and great food! I highly recommend the spicy chili fish. The staff were also great at handling a larger party (11 people).

Was very good the first month they opened, then they changed the quality of food and ingredients, make portions smaller. The owner and waiters/waitresses are very nice tho.
