Was really disappointed. I recently ordered take out and was told 45 mins. An hour later I called and they told me it just went out. 1.5 hours since my order I call again and they told me they were really busy and dont know where the driver is. Two hours in total and 40 plus minutes after it leaves the place my food shows up. As you can image it is stone cold and soggy. I had pre-paid and by the time I confirmed it was cold the driver was long gone. I called and asked for a refund. They told me to call the owner. Was not sure why they could not address, but called the owner about my situation. She said that I had my food and she cant take a loss on the order and proposed half off. It was not a large order (food for three), but regardless of size the food was really late, stone cold and except for the rice was not editable. I told her that what I got was not what I ordered and requested a full fund. Was told sorry cannot lose money on the food, was really busy with only one driver how about half off. Told her this was not acceptable and these were her issues, not mine. In the end I ended up receiving nothing off the bill. If you cant deliever food within a reasonable amount of time (it was Monday night, not like it was Christmas or the Super Bowl) that is some what hot and editable you should take the lose. This is one of the poorest customer service experiences I have ever had. Owner does not stand behind her product. Bottom line is if you cant avoid the place, then do pick up. As other reviewers have mentioned its really not a place you want to sit down and eat at and they cant seem to deliver in a reasonable amount of time and more importantly they do not back up their service. Poorly done.

AFTER LOOKING AT REVIEWS ALL AROUND THE AREA WE DECIDED TO TRY THIS PLACE WHICH IS ABOUT A HALF MILE FROM OUR HOUSE. I WAS VERY SURPRISED HOW SMALL THIS PLACE WAS. THE KITCHEN IS RIGHT THERE AND IT IS VERY CLEAN.THE SEATING IS LIKE A SMALL SUB SHOP BUT THE TAKE OUT IS WHAT WE NORMALLY DO ANYWAY. I WAS HAPPY TO GET THE LARGER SIZE DUCK SAUCE. THE FOOD WAS GREAT. FRESH MEAT LARGER PORTIONS. NICE PEOPLE. WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT FROM A PLACE

Wish I had seen WIcks review before ordering from Teatone! We placed a pretty big order ($70 for 5 people) and were told it would arrive in 40-45 minutes. I called after an hour and fifteen minutes of waiting and was told the order was on the way and would be here any minute. It finally arrived almost two hours after we ordered. Food was stone cold, soggy and greasy. Totally disgusting. Wont ever order from Teatone again.

New Years Eve, overwhelming client demand, our order was ready late; however, I give Teatone five stars for the quality and taste of their delicacies. They were even so nice to give me free of charge a delicious extra order of crispy chicken and broccoli. Teatone made our New Years celebration special! Ive been living in Andover for a few years and I ordered a takeout from here and Mootone. Everything was great, on time plus great atmosphere. Also, good pricing and the curry was so good, hot and spicy! There isnt much to improve on and thats the way it ought to be.

Service is terrible, my boyfriend just a found staple in his fried rice, just moved to town and have been here twice. First time we went they screwed up our order, second time found sharp metal in the food. This place should be shut down by the Board of Health

Called for delivery, I was told it would be about 30 minutes. An hour later no food. I called and was told it was on its way. A half hour after that the food arrived. it was mediocre. Also rice was not included.

Went here after hearing nothing but good things and HATED IT. Didnt go back for years. I dont know what changed but everything is better now. Love this place now.

I orded a General Tsos chicken and I was so disgusted to find a piece of plastic in the chicken (uploaded on photos). Disgusting place, do not order.

the beef in the fried rice was too undercooked. The dumplings were great (and huge). Otherwise, didnt really enjoy the food
