Honestly, until this place gets new management or something, dont even bother. Ive been here about 6-7 times now--each with something wrong. I like to give the benefit of the doubt because I understand that its a new location, but tonight (6/25/16) was the worst Ive ever seen it. A friend and I stopped by a little before 11pm and sat at the bar. After 15 minutes of the female bartender ignoring us (literally just 6 people--total--sitting at the bar), we had to flag down someone else to help us (Louis M, who was actually FANTASTIC--the only saving grace of this location). He got our drinks quickly, and asked if we wanted to put any food in. We ordered fried pickles, a bacon burger (with mild sauce) and 3 different wing flavors. It took 30-35 minutes for the pickles to come out; however, they arrived cold and without the dipping sauce. The entrees came out about 20 minutes after that. However, the bacon burger didnt have any bacon on it...or the mild sauce. We were, also, only given 2 of the 3 flavors of wings we ordered. When we asked about the third flavor, we were told "they were split up with the two other flavors", which was just not true. They were also cold. Youre honestly better off driving to the Saugus location and avoiding this one at all costs--or enjoying many of the other competitors in the area. The manager who was on tonight was nowhere to be found. I physically saw him talking and laughing with other waitresses, but it was poor Louis taking this all on himself. Its not fair for him to have to not only watch the bar, but also have to see whats up with the kitchen. Give him more money if you expect that of him.

#1 slowest service I have ever recieved at any restaurant. Getting in, there was a line that led to the door.. after waiting about 10 minutes with the line growing, and all of us customers confused on where an employee who can help us is, someone finally comes. She doesnt even seat us in order, she picks at random families in the lines to seat first. Also took pretty long despite the amount of tables available to be seated. My party was second in line but got sat fourth. Finally being sat to our tables after about 15-20 minutes of walking in, it takes us another 15-20 minutes before we were asked what drinks we would like. Bringing our drinks, he immediately walks away before we can even tell him we know what we will be ordering. We do not see him again for another over 20 minutes. It got so bad that My boyfriend timed it to be a 1 hour 10 minute wait since we walked in the door. We then set a time of when we would leave if he did not make it back by the set time. He did make it though, with 2 minutes to spare. Most annoying thing to see though was people arriving upwards 15 minutes after us, receiving food before we even ordered. After taking our order, it takes 30 minutes to get our Cold wings and hard fries. Waiter never checks on us ever. Food is so tasty, though service is so poor, I am willing to sacrifice never going so I can never experience such long waits. Will give Nashuas location a try, but will hopefully never be back to burlingtons location. If you do go, plan a +2 hour stay.

My family absolutely loves Buffalo Wild Wings, we have a gluten and a dairy allergy and they are always so attentive to the allergies. We will NEVER go to the Burlington, MA Buffalo Wild Wings again, if I could give a rating of zero I would!!! We had Mara as a server and she took far too long to come to our table to get our drink orders and forgot 1 persons drink order, when she finally took out order!! Then we she brought our drinks and she never gave us straws. When she came to get our food order we already needed more drink orders at that point, she never asked if we wanted more, also she never took our empty glasses off the table. She took our orders and we mentioned the allergies, she acknowledged the allergy. When our food came out, hour and a half later it was cold and did not have an allergen alert on it. We asked for new wings, the new wings came back cold with an allergy sticker on them. We asked for the manager, the manager mentioned the oil was new and was allergen free, but he would make new wings. Overall the service was absolute terrible, we were at the restaurant for two and a half hours, asked for multiple things and never got them. Also the entire time we were there Mara never asked us how the food was. Again as I said before, my family loves Buffalo Wild Wings, but we will NEVER go back to Burlington, MA location again!!!

So first I ordered a non-Bud Light type of beverage. The waitress came back with a Bud Light. After fixing that problem (I guess), I ordered a burger with fries. What came back was a cold, possibly microwaved, rock-solid burger with literally nothing on it, and a very unusual side of fries with a single square of cheese partially melted on top. Which was very confusing since I have never head of anyone ever doing something like that to fries. Why would the cooks do that? When I informed the waitress of this, she said "Sorry, were a wing place!" Confused as to why something so obvious is unknown to their cooks, I ordered the wings (because theyre a wing place!). They were terrible. They were cold and had almost no sauce. I am amazed that this place is still open. I know theyve had problems for a long time. Does their core customer base really have such low standards that they think something like this place is deserving of their money? Have we really sunk that low as a society? Is life even worth living? Is there a god? Are we just aimless collections of molecules endlessly and silently drifting through a cold and uncaring universe? Because of my trip to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Burlington Massachusetts, I think so. Its terribleness has shaken me to my very existential core. Also, the wait was too long.

I have given this place plenty of chances to prove their worth to me. Ive probably been to this location 10 times in hopes that they would figure things out after opening with a rough start. While Ive had some undeniably delicious food there, B Dubs in Burlington is inconsistent in their execution. The quality of wings is inconsistent. Not helping their case is the fact that the kitchen routinely screws up orders. One time I ordered $60 worth of bone-in wings for takeout, only to realize that they had given me boneless when I opened the boxes. I submitted that order online too, so theres no WAY that could have been mis-communicated from my end given that I have a receipt spelling it out. I shudder to think how anyone with a food allergy might be treated if they cant get that right. Another time in the dining room, I ordered 3 flavors of wings, only to have my waitress insist that I had only ordered two when the food came out. Perhaps she didnt hear my order correctly when I had given it, but you should never argue with a paying customer who knows what they want. Bottom line: You can do a lot better in the area if youre looking for a sports bar.
