While the food remains on par with expectations, the service at this location simply makes the experience not worth the bother. I have now tried them twice in the past month: the first time, which took nearly 25 minutes from ordering to leaving with a meal, I thought I wouldnt return because it took way too long. The next time, I tried ordering online, received a confirmation, but then almost wasnt let into the store to pickup my order (the confirmation suggested the order would be ready at 9pm, which is when the store closes -- but I arrived at 8:52p and still had trouble getting in). With all the options for rotisserie chicken, dont bother with this location unless being abused as you wait for chicken is your version of a good time.

Just walked out along with a different family of 5. Theres one girl taking orders and making the orders. One girl working the drive-thru and one totally disinterested guy back with the rotisserie chickens. Understaffed and wasnt waiting forever for food. Used the bathroom on the way out and it was nasty.

Been here a few times, usually after 6pm. It happens frequently that they run out of meatloaf around this time. I know, I know, its a chicken place, but the meatloaf is the best meatloaf in the tri-county area. Top it with sweet potatoes instead of gravy. Yummy!

Food was very good. Staff were pleasent but manager was rude and even commented "Im so aggravated " and proceeded to complain to staff at the counter. Bathrooms were dirty and smelled, and the womans room toilet needed to be fixed.
