We celebrated our son-in-laws birthday in this place last Aug. 6, 2016 with 25 people. We were brought into a room so we can all seat together. The room is so dark and later we found out that the AC is not working. We were all sweating while eating, asked the manager to turn on the AC but did not do anything. Some of the guests went out to get some air and relieve of the heat. The food is ok, but not too much to select at the time. Their sushi is so bland and no choice at all. The server was nice and she helped cut the cake for my son-in-laws birthday. When the bill came, I noticed that there was an automatic charge of 20 percent for a tip. I did not like the idea of putting it automatically on the check. I went to the front and confront the owner/manager that it is against the law, plus the place is buffet style so I dont think 20 percent is appropriate. He was so defensive that he said there were a lot of us and it is the same as a regular restaurant. But what I told him is to give the customers a chance to give what they think the servers deserved. He was not convinced on what I said so I told him that I will report his management style to the State Business Bureau. I do not like this Chinese Buffet at all, the place is so dark and the servers does not understand english. Too bad, our first time to eat and this is propbably the last time I will visit. Bad management and the owner abuse the system, automatically adding the tip and those customers who does not understand it, they probably ended up paying for the service that is not worth 20 percent.

Its really a 3.7 ...though not for the food. The food is just okay, because its on the cold side of warm. Unless the place is packed with people then its piping hot. This place does have an awesome assortment of foods. One shortcoming is if you dont know what youre looking at when picking the dish (sushi especially or nosh in general), you wont know what your necessarily eating as theres no labels. The overall ambiance is nice, but very dark, too dim almost (like you cant see if theres dirt in the place dark)! But, the bathrooms are decent and thats a good sign of cleanliness. The food are is pretty well lit. Dont bother sushi chef! Overall great experience, 3.7 because they let you take your time and enjoy the process. Bonus for napkins and soy sauce on the tables! And quick clean ups and refills on drinks as requested so the tables stayed uncluttered. Booths and tables. As far sushi goes ...great value and decent. They could replace the sushi handles as often as the nosh. (Looked mhm hella scary, so I just used a package of chopsticks when I want some!!!)

We had a large group with family visiting from out of town, the experience was embarrassing! I was in a wheelchair & none of the staff bothered to open or hold the door when we arrived; they just stood there! We were quoted misinformation regarding the price for children. The wait staff didnt bother placing our utensils in front of us, nor were they friendly.The food wasnt very good, nor did it look appealing. It was also lukewarm. Then when it came time to pay, we were charged a gratuity PER PERSON & spent an inordinate amount of time debating the exact number of our party even though we paid per table. So for 7 of us, including a 3 year old, the bill was almost $100. I will not go back!

I would have to say I had a good time with my family. However I was very upset that one of my daughter was eating and someone that sat at another table and was making fun of my child and the staff did nothing. When I got upset and asked why they are still here I got no answer. We have been here before.my child like this place but after the disrespect from the staff and how they handle the problem was not OK. Me and. My family left this place because I thought tgais was a good place to take your kids. No and the people whom was causing the problem was made to feel at home. I have a family of 6. We spent over 100 dollars in this place. We will never eat at this place again

To dark and they change extra money for fruit punch with no refill but if I get soda, free refills. This is a first for me at a buffet n can a have my food without having someone just waiting for to put my fork down to take my plate. I dont enjoy it but my kids did.

the staff are disrespectful i work for a company that serves people with disabilities like autism and i am not a confrontational person but the staff was standing laughin while another customer was sayin slurs and calling my clients retarded. this place is terrible

Love everything except the staff staring at you on and off while your eating just waiting to take your plate away the second its empy... Its a little strange to me but it would be better if they got it when you got up for another but thats all.

Mt kids love it there very spacious and nice atmospher! I dont eat much but there steak n broccli on point chicken n veggies good and sushi is my kids fav! It was fresh the. 3 times we went eww my 10 yr old ate a lil squid and loved it lol!

Well I agree with everyone. Food is good great selection. Food was not hot enough and the lighting SUCKED. To bad they arent listening to their customers. That will be the demise of this place. To bad.

This place is great! If you dont think so because "the lighting was bad" or "the food was warm" then YOU go open your own buffet. Let me know how that goes. Also, learn how to spell.

Service was ok. The lighting is terrible, but not a turn off since youre mainly there to eat. Not a lot of choices unfortunately and the food wasnt that great.
