The bagels are the BEST around. Period. I am from New York and these are the closest, if not better than genuine New York bagels. Coffee is delicious and they have a wide range of flavors. Cleanliness on the other hand.... its just something Ive learned to overlook since I started coming here when I was 15 years old.... its just dirty. Service is painfully slow 90% of the time... no clear designation of tasks or planning seems to go into it. There is never enough staff on and the line is almost always thru the door....but, at least the staff now is pleasant and nice (compared to the staff that was there when I was in HS) that being said, I will continue and continue to come back and overlook the cleanliness and service because the bagels are just the best.

Recently visited this establishment and ordered a bagel and coffee. I noticed the girl at the cash register took my money with her gloves on which I thought was strange based on how dirty money is and how she was touching my food. She then proceeded to run her gloved hand over her hair and then took another order, again touching more money. I had to ask her to change her gloves before she touched my bagel again because she went straight to get my bagel from the toaster with no intention of changing gloves. I find this gross and appalling that she hasnt been trained properly on how to conduct herself around food. Extremely disappointed with my visit.

Well, Im sure the baked goods are great, but three times I have been there and all three times the cappacinos I ordered were HORRIBLE. I dont know what they made me but it certainly was not a cappacino. It sucked. The coffee was extremely weak. It was horrible. Then to boot, when I told them to make me another one they acted really pissy and rude to me like it was my fault. Personally, I will never step into that place again - it is WAY overrated - trust me.

Andymans is a hot spot for Amesbury High School students and people alike. The only downside, is that it can get packed. The coffee is superb and their bagels are soft and crunchy and filled with cream cheese! Their cookies are amazing, and their pricing is not bad. Reading other reviews, I am suprised at the one with the eclairs being taken, but nontheless, go there and judge for yourself :D!

Yummy cream cheese flavors and good coffee. However the owners need to invest some money in new equipment .. place needs a facelift and the toaster is 20 years old and moves as slow as a sloth. How can the workers be expected to effeciently get sandwiches and bagles out to customers in a timely manner with that old dinosaur.. also a little cheer and warmth from the staff would be great.

I wish they could get their act together for orders! When there are more than 5 people in line, the workers appear flustered. This is not surprising as their system for placing, creating and receiving orders is inefficient and confusing. That aside, we all wait in line fuming because the coffee and treats are delicious.

This place is amazing! On our way back from Maine and swung by for a quick snack for the road... and everything we had was gooey, crunchy, and perfect. 2 chocolate chip cookies and 4 cannoli. The staff was friendly and excited which made the experience even better. Defiantly stopping again when I can.

Everytime I ask them to cut it in 1/4ths they cut it into 8 pieces, everytime. Today they were out of 3 kinds of cream cheese and the asiago bagel was hardly toasted and the cheese was stale. I had to toss it, it even smelled terrible! My coffee was also more than 1/2 ice. All set..

The bagels are pretty good. The coffee is average. The service is typically slower. I wont go there if i can see the line from my car because it can take a while when there are several people inline. Over all it is a decent place but you can find betterlocal bake shops around.

Terrible. It took almost twenty minutes to get our order and it was wrong. They dont have pepper, the avocado was rock hard, charged us for too many bagels, and our bagels were cold when we got them. The staff also seemed brand new. Nobody knew what to do.

Pastries stale every time. Staff rushes you and doesnt let you finish your order every time. Line goes out the door... because the line starts AT the door. Also, have seen owner berate employees more than once. Ive given this place too many chances. No more.

Great place for very filling bagels and unique schmears. Coffee does the trick if you like things on the less bold side. Great lunch sandwich wraps and salads. Ive been going here religiously for years. The local charm keeps me coming back.

Cookies and sandwiches are good, breakfast items are just OK. Service is inefficient and slow, expect a long wait for any food. The coffee must be great (Ive never tried it) because otherwise people wouldnt wait in line for so long.

I found Andyman dessert company purely by accident. I got lost and I pulled in to put directions into my phone. Went in and to my suprise, had the best iced coffee EVER and my aunt loved the whoopie pies. I will surely return

Ive gotten my birthday cakes from Andymans since I was a little girl. I refuse to get my birthday cakes anywhere else. :) Their bagels are superb, the coffee is strong, and the assorted pastries are to die for.

Great coffee selection, fresh baked goods and a good place for breakfast and lunch. One of the only places I know that has a gluten free breakfast sandwich. Can get busy at times but worth the wait.

Personally I dont prefer this place and find it a bit shoddy and old but many people I know like it and the selection of beverages, pastries and bagels, which are fresh daily, is good.

It is a more of an italian quick eat joint. They have a lot of the usual Italian cookies. But they are not a full Bakery, and are not a place to come for bread.
