I ordered a filet mignon cooked medium rare. They brought me half a sirloin cooked well done. you could SEE where the idiot chef cut it in half. He didnt even try to make it look like a filet. I called them out on it before i even touched my meal and they told me I was wrong and that the chef said "it would have been better if I ordered it well done"???? What does that even mean????? I dont know if they thought I was too stupid to tell the difference between a good cut of meat and a shitty one or if they were out of filets and just trying to pull a fast one but either way this place is run by people who dont care about what they do. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY.

Love this place! Used top go yo the one on Harvard street in Brookline, but they closed. Great food, great prices, its a hidden gem with very personable staff and awesome comfort foods. I love the turkey club (thick cut steak fries, the kind you can never find anymore), stuffed chicken with stuffing, gravy, vegetables, and cranberry sauce on the side, burgers, and every once in a while they have an awesome turkey dinner as a special. A meal out that you dont feel guilty afterwards for the money you spent.

Great for straight up booze and bar food. If youre looking for something trendy with young people and bad food, go next door. Order whiskey straight up, or a well-pulled Guinness. Get some delicious pub food. Watch games, watch people, enjoy a very mellow and unpretentious atmosphere. A great Irish pub right outside Boston proper.
