Their Latte at least is kind of pricy, and they are limiting you to 45 minutes of internet use a day, which I disliked to begin with. BUT after 20 minutes only the internet was blocked saying "you are limited to 45 minutes a day", even though the 45 minutes didn’t pass. When I contacted the staff about it they said this is not the first time they’ve had this happen to people, and suggested I would call their tech support to resolve this issue. Like I have extra time on my hands to mess around with their support! So I went somewhere else, and I dont think ill be coming back not for the coffee and definitely not for the internet…

Well located, and the coffee menu is standard but satisfying. The place is a bit worn and service is impersonal. The decorative lamps on each table add some character, but dont expectation the sophistication of a real coffee house. Worst, the ambiance is upset by piercingly loud music. Most people dont go to cafes to listen to music, so it must remain in the background. Instrumental jazz or new age would complement conversations and contemplations, not the 80s collection that seems to be featured regularly.

Delicious coffees from around the world, homemade muffins and cookies, soups, salads, and sandwiches. Incredible value -- excluding the (mostly) paid Wi-Fi (free-trial for an hour-ish). Relaxing playlist. The cold-brewed iced coffee is delicious -- go black, year-round. Highlights: London Fog, Hipster-Watching, Final Exam (Eight Espresso Shots, in a Large To-Go Cup), Thai Iced Tea, Vietnamese Coffee, Gluten-free Baked Goods, Free High-Fives (wooo)!!

I came and had a great jasmine tea here the other day. Perfect location at the time. I actually liked the music nice change. The place is good to do work not exactly new but decent seating. They had a wide selection of cakes and pastries but none looked that spectacular. Their coffee menu was decent and their espresso drinks looked good. Weird WIFI policy I think some time is free but after that you have to pay. IMPORTANT cash only.

"The 1369 Coffee House is pleased to present you with 45 minutes of free WiFi each day." This message should include that it might not work, and if it doesnt, the staff will probably not be able to help you. Clearly, nice people work here, and it seems to be a good place to come in and grab a coffee to go and maybe food (the quiches are divine; the sandwiches arent), but if you want to sit and work or talk, this is not your place.

Amazingly rude and arrogant staff. Short girl was rude from the start, guy was friendly until he didnt get a tip, then turned entitled snob. Coffee still could have saved the visit - alas, the iced coffee was very watery and the espresso incredibly bitter - the kind of bitter you only get from an incompetent barista. We want to support local and independent cafes, but in this case there is no reason.

First, cranky staff ("Can you heat the scone up for me?" [long pause] "Uh, I guess so" [with eye roll]). Then, I was corrected on which cup I could have for the drink I ordered (the customer is NOT always right, apparently). Next, mediocre coffee. Final straw, 45-minute limit on the (slow) WiFi connection. Im outta here, and wont be back. (At least the scone was good.)

THERES ALWAYS BEEN A COFFEEHOUSE HERE, SO, HERE IT STAYS. COFFEE IS VERY GOOD, THE ALTERNATIVE TO THE STARBUCKS WHICH NEVER SHOULD HAVE BEEN HERE, BUT, LIKE MOST SMALL CAMBRIDGE PLACES, THE SERVICE IS MINIMAL, THE DECOR SPARTAN (WITH SOME RELIEF FROM THE ART USUALLY ON THE WALLS) AND THE CUPS PAPER....

Love the atmosphere here, an iced chai latte coupled with a Blondie and the occasional live talent; not to mention a great eclectic staff and (although seasonal) the BEST spring rolls... Oh boy... two of those beauties along side a perfect cup of tea!! Sweet place to visit. I truly enjoy the 1369 CoffeeHouse!

whenever im in central square and have cash (theyre cash-only) i make a point of stopping by here for one of the best pulled shots of espresso in the boston area. inside, people like to sit and study, but when the weather is nice and people sit outside, its a great place to observe the life of central square.

My first coffee bar that I discovered when moving to the area. I was impressed with the coffee at first but now find it somewhat inconsistent. I ordered an espresso for the first time the other day and didnt find it very tasteful. Its also crowded during the weekends and after work hours during the week.

Delicious breakfast sandwiches and really nice staff. I cant speak to the quality of the coffee because I dont drink it. The place itself is cramped and always too warm, and I generally like warmer temperatures, so I would not find it comfortable to sit here for long periods of time.

Probably one of my favorites if not my favorite coffee shop within the Boston area. Awesome cold and hot drinks (try their Arnold Palmer) and some really, really tasty pastries including their ridiculous bar which features all kinds of delicious goodies. Just terrific stuff!

Ive become partial to this coffee house amidst the several in the Central Square area. The space lends itself to getting work done, the cappucinos are delightfully creamy, and the poppy sour cream muffins cant be beat. A great place to meet a friend for a cup of joe, too!

I always forget they do breakfast and lunch foods, such as quiche, salad and sandwiches. Besides that, their coffee drinks are great as is their tea selection. Unfortunately, it gets very hard to find a table and its sometimes uncomfortably hot in the winter.

Any coffee shop that has soy milk gets a high rating in my book. But 1369 also has a great variety of flavor shots including my favorite, BANANA. I also really enjoy when they pit tip jars against each other like "Homer the Greek" and "Homer the Simpson"

Ill stop here from time to time for a dirty soy chai, which is pretty good and their pastries are also nice. However, their coffee is otherwise just so-so and they sadly do not do pour overs. I prefer other spots in the area instead.

Cool vibes for the area. Got cold brew iced coffee and bacon egg and cheese, overall very yummy and the bacon was very flavorful. Almost overwhelming hipster vibe, but definitely a great reading spot if you go during off peak hours.

Every time I go here the wait is insanely long regardless of there being a lot customers or not. Even if youre the only person there, expect to wait 15 minutes for a breakfast sandwich. Food is decent, I dont know about the coffee.

Ive tried many times to like you, 1369, but youre just not a very good coffee shop. Youre too loud, your temperatures never right, youre a little overpriced, and yet somehow youre popular enough that you never have seats open.

Best espresso in Inman / Central / Union. Expert pulls of espresso coffee with awesome crema and none of the smug attitude found in lesser baristas at other shops in Cambridge. This place is the heart and soul of Inman Sq.!

The WiFi here costs more per hour than satellite-based internet on a quarter-billion dollar intercontinental airliner. Beyond that, airliners have more room per seat and serve more reasonably priced coffee.
