Came back here to eat the octopus hot pot with mt daughter tonight. The service and food was delicious and was thinking to tip more than 20% no matter what my bill is, but until the last GIRL(WAITRESS) who helped us packed my fold to go. Im not aure if ahe is new but her attitude was very mad and does not know how to smile and never ever once said thank you. And she almost burn me when she was packing ny hot pot food in a container for me. And doesnt even bother to said sorrg when she saw my rubbing my hand. At least ask if its her the one who hurt my hand when she saw my rubbing my hand. Bad and want you guys to train that girl&& place is always my favorite korean resturant to go to. I always tell people about you guys. Comes here whenever i get a chance or crave for korean food and nowhere else. So ended up didnt tip them as much as i wanted to because of her.

This place is generally full every time I go so when I walked by for a late night dinner and it was open I was happy to get seated right away. We knew what we wanted and ordered right away, at which point they bring you about 6 different small appetizer like dishes while you wait for your food (pretty typical at Korean restaurants). The food came out promptly and the rotating servers were attentive and helpful, but we couldnt help but feel like the food was missing something. It seemed like everything we tried was just bland and lacking the flavor we are accustomed to. We tried adding some soy sauce to get some salt and flavor into the dishes but it didnt do the trick. Overall it wasnt bad, but there are much better options in within walking distance of this restaurant and I dont think Id return.

Very very disappointed. Placed an order for pickup that includes bulgogi, bibimbob, and seafood scallion pancake which costed me $45. Went 10 min after placing an order, and the food I got was a cold pancake that looked and tasted like a left over pancake that had been kept in refrigerator and just bunch of veggies they serve as side dishes were given for bibimbob with a bowl of rice.. There was barely any beef and bulgogi dish we had was not worth of $18. Maybe they serve a fresher food if you sit in and eat. Very disappointed because I was craving for Korean food and convinced my boyfriend to try it with me. Would not recommend based on this experience. Id go to elsewhere for Korean food the next time.

I was a bit hesitant to go here for the first time, and I have to say my waiter was exceptional. They explained exactly what everything was, asked what my preferences are, and made recommendations. This is not to say other places dont do such accommodations. Yet at Korean Garden Restaurant, I felt as if I was in a Korean familys home, where the hospitality is more than a 5 star restaurant. The proportions, presentation, quality and taste was excellent. I would recommend this place, since most meals average to about $12, and the food is prepared really fast for a sit down place.

Just left the Korean Garden tonight. The service was very slow and in-attentive + the food is pretty over-priced for what you get. The food is not bad. However the evening was spoiled by the man behind the payment desk. He told me to calculate exactly how the tip should be divided - its not my f***ing job, go and sort it out between my party - there were six of us at the table, and Id asked him to divide the payment to 3 cards. I thought it a little strong to swear at a customer who was just trying to pay the bill, so Id have to say only 1 star guys, sorry!

I am a Korean food lover. I make it at home, and I love to go out for it. Sadly, Boston just doesnt have many options for Korean food, and Korean Garden was equally disappointing. Despite Korean Gardens low reviews, lack of options convinced us to try it out. But, at a high price point and with mediocre food, we left with the distinct impression we would rather brave our Korean cravings than return.

Theres few things more delicious than Korean BBQ in my book. This is one of the few places in the Boston area that does it at the table (that I have found). I have been several times, often ordering the kalbi and samgyupsal (sp?). It is a bit on the pricey side, but all KBBQ usually is, so that was unsurprising to me. If you love meat, definitely try KBBQ at some point.

A great place to eat for some Korean comfort food. They do the standard stews very well (yook gae jang, dwen jang jiggae) and their sides are well done (pa jun and jabchae). You get ample side dishes and they will refill them as needed. Also, if you want Korean BBQ, they do have the traditional grills to cook your meat on demand. :)

Ita a good Korean restaurant with many varieties on the menu. They also have Korean BBQ. Also, since most of the guests were Korean, I can assume that it is a good authentic place. One thing that was very unpleasant was that no one spoke good enough English. It was very hard to explain or understand anything.

전체적으로 한국 식당 치고는 맛이 있었으나 다만 양념 소갈비의 경우 매우 짠 편이었음. 양념 안한 고기를 추천. 다른 식사는 괜찮은 편.

The noodle with fish (Hae Naengmyeon) tested very bitter and I think the fish was not fresh. I could not eat and I mentioned this but no one said anything .. no apology not attempt to provide another dish ..and they fully charged me. Other soup that we ordered were good...

My sisters 30 birthday. We took some family and one is super picky about food and he ate everything! The servers were super awesome, cooking the Korean bbq for us and coming back to check in on us at, what seemed to be, perfect intervals. Not too much, not too little.

I go to this place all the time. Very authentic Korean bbq and great atmosphere. Service can be slow at times and their waitstaff can get messy because they all share tables to wait at. Also anything except apps and bbq is pretty booty but overall awesome.

Went to have some korean seafood pancake and korean stew. Seafood pancake was well-seasoned and stuffed with oysters, clams, pieces of octopus and squid. I ordered a large Korean stew in hot pot style to share with boyfriend. Stew was great and not spicy

Pricey and not worth the money. I am Korean and the food is about right but the price charged on these regular, not so special Korean food is insanely high. If you want Korean food, go for it. Dont be surprised after getting your bill though.

Great value for money. The rice bowls are actually very good. The only problem is that it gets very busy at work lunch hours. My recommendation: Get Beef + Chicken and try to get a place outside.

Went there with a friend for a good saturday dinner, was not disappointed. Side dishes are awesome just as the korean spicy soup. My friend had a bibimbap, and did not regret his desicion either
