Great place. Its an experience, opposed to just eating a meal. We come by fairly often as a couple, or family if they come to visit us in the city. Its a great vibe, were never rushed. We enjoy the time picking out our ingredients, making new combinations, conversating, drinking and dishing the food out. The service is incredibly fast and efficient, though lacking the overly friendly, warm and fuzzy treatment.... and I honestly prefer the service this way. Not that we do this every time, but they stop serving at 2 a.m. which just means they dont let anyone else in; theyve let us and the other parties in there at the time hang out and finish our drinks, food and conversation. If you enjoy having an experience, want to try something new, show a cool place to your friends, and be able to sit back and feel like youre having a welcoming family dinner at home (sans cooking and doing dishes) this is the place. (Pro tip: upstairs seating is little more private for tables)

Overall, a solid hot pot buffet. Good variety of options, the facilities and equipment arent bad. 4 stars because theres nothing particularly outstanding about this place, and theres a little things that you have to do to maximize your enjoyment. PROS: * the meat quality seems pretty good * you can get a 6 person table even if you only have 4 people - this gives you guys 2 burners. I highly recommend doing this * the veg is fresh here CONS: * if you want a 2 broth hot pot, you have to specially ask for it * the descriptions on the "menu" arent always the best - like the difference between the cuts of beef. You should order one of the cuts and wait for it arrive before ordering another one * if you want other condiments like hot sauce or sesame sauce, you have to ask for it and theyre not written anywhere I know of * the seafood isnt great, you can probably ignore it

Cons: -Lunch went up to 16 bucks and Dinner went up to 21/22 bucks -If your party is more than 4 people, they will charge you 18% gratuity, thats stupid if youre at a buffet -Beverages are not included, so if you get the hot broth you better be prepared. (After the 1st round, the waiter/waitress lied to my group that they did not have anymore ice so we were stuck drinking warm water) -Waiter/Waitress will ignore you after your 1st round of food Pro: -You can order as much as you want -Hot pot works for vegetarians, sea food and meat lovers -You can split the broth (but you will have to pay extra) -Lots of seating I love hot pot, but 25 bucks is a bit expensive for me, especially for us college students. This place does open very late so whenever I am super hungry, I go here.

The selection was great and service was quick. However, each time we ordered, they brought us one or two dishes short. We only asked the waiter the second time, and they brought us the dish but the waiter seemed to suggest that weve ordered enough. If its a buffet, there should be no restriction on dishes and we only ordered 5 dishes, which is not even close to over ordering. The service was poor overall. The waitresses would be talking at the front counter, and the others would be walking around but never seem to see those who call them. Overall, the food is decent but the service is truly frustrating and poor.

Costumer service wasnt the best. First time there and The waiters were not as polite or open to answering questions. almost wish it was a classic buffet style restaurant where we could get our own food just so we wouldnt have to interact with them. Spent half an hr waiting for the waiter to bring us more food but it turned out he just ignored us when we told him we wanted to order again. Food Wasnt bad but definitely the first and last time I go there.

What can I say? Hot pot is pretty darn awesome, especially when its buffet style and you have the stomach to make it worthy. Some complaints I have is that the service is sometimes lacking. Also, the meat is not as tender and fresh as shabu, but you can really blame them since it is a buffet. Otherwise, the food is pretty darn awesome and who doesnt like hot pot, right? Update: They also have Korean BBQ Buffet now as well!

Great price for buffet hotpot. They also have weekend specials and everything is priced based on person and not actual food. Food waste doesnt count towards the price either, and they have a great selection of meats, seafood, vegetables, and noodles. They also have sodas, alcoholic beverages, and specialty drinks such as boba tea and just hot teas. Its generally very clean and they have different menus (lunch and dinner).

The food was great except for one of the tofus. But this was not a problem because it was an all you can eat. The place was quite humid because of all the hotpots. The staff was not very consistant in being attentive in refiling water, checking soup levels of the pot, and responding to requeats. Overall its a bit expinsive for the service recieved but good food.

This place is awesome~ 20 bucks for all you can eat! and the selections are great - seafood, beef, lamb, it is none-stop and totally worth the money! we ate for 3 hours! totally stuffed! and the sauce/broth is out of this world! tax and tips included - 25 bucks! best deal out there! one tip - get there early before the dinner rush!

Not good at all. Was really disappointed. Didnt give us all we asked for, never checked up on us, ignored when we called them over. Too expensive for the lack of quality. We didnt even finish the first round. I asked for pork balls instead got dumplings with what seemed to be dirty old laundry water. I bit into it and the smell was horrific.

酱料特别难吃,一份菜的分量很少而且价格也很不划算,最最重要的是菜很不新鲜,从来没有吃过这么难吃的火锅,绝对的差评,建议不要来

First of all, I must say this is my favorite hot pot spot in Boston hands-down! Ive tried them all being a hot pot addict. But I found a new love for this spot. Theyve recently added a Korean bbq buffet on the third floor. What can I say its amazing!! Super helpful friendly staff, awesome atmosphere, consistently amazing food!

I begun to love the hotpot very recently, but I dislike yours. the sauce is very simple, and you said $21.95 including all, but when I ordered the second plate beef, you let me waited more than 20 minutes, and my boy friend ordered another one, we waited more than half hour, dont you like to serve more food to your guest?

價錢一般 湯底一般 服務一般 點肉類要流水式狂點 要不就算你8個人點了6,7碟也只會有最多兩碟 肉片亦會隨order次數縮小

There isnt a single price listed anywhere in the entire restaurant. Currently, $23 per person, and unless you have the appetite of a horse, thats a total ripoff. The meat we were served was frozen on the platter - or at least, I hope thats why it was so much like stuck cardboard...

Today I went over there but this not a buffet system. They gave me one chart and they asked me which one I want, but most of them I didnt like. Ok I ordered few item, but I dont got not of them. I wait for long time nobody came with me. I gave bill on the counter and quit forever

Love the fact that they have dumplings in the menu. Some portions leave little to the imagination. The staff is friendly but they dont accept more then 2 credit cards per check which was a bit of a hassle if you have a party of 3 or more. Food is on point thought.
