Fast food quality at obscene prices for watery food. I unfortunately have been eating at this place on and off for 6 years now and it has gone down hill ever since 2010. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. The owner is rude and unfriendly. As an indian college student without a car living in the mission hill area i was forced to go here for "indian" food. Their chicken tikka is legit water and chicken. Fortunately there have been other indian restaurants that have been opened since and thanks online websites such as Grubhub and Eat24,i was able to order from other restaurants that are not walkable distance. Once the other employee,Dennis, got fired the customer service went down the hill too with the remaining owners brother there. So the food quality went down and so did the customer service. Joke of a place. I would NOT get food from here. I once took my family here when they visited me in Boston and they all got upset with how low the quality of the food is and my mom said never to eat their again,in fear of me getting sick/lacking nutritional value. I only went there when the prices were cheap but now the prices have gone up to match other real restaurants prices, places with quality food, which is a joke. This place is such low quality and only go there if you want low quality food to save $1 from other indian restaurants or if you have no other choice. They dont even offer naan with your food anymore and they say if you pay with cash you get a free $0.10 papdam lmao what a joke I have been waiting to write this honest review for years since i didnt want them spitting in my food. Knowing how sleezy the Pakistani owner is,that definitely wouldnt have been a surprise. Once i had a water bottle in my hand that i brought that was half empty and he charged me for it until i questioned the total. The owner has no morals and a lot of my friends had issues with him and skeeming prices. Now that i no longer live in Boston,i can be honest and save others the trouble, money, and stomach ache by chosing other quality restaurants. Only naive desperate indian college students go there but if you have a smartphone or a car,go elsewhere. Spend the extra dollar or two and eat real food. And FYI DONT NOT ORDER THE MANGO LASSI, you WILL vomit! It sits in a mill jug for weeks in the fridge next the register. I dont usually leave negative reviews but for this dirty place i had to. Indian restaurant my ass lmao i cant wait until the food service inspection department shuts this place down. Youre welcome!

Where do I begin with this place. From the horrible quality food to the unfriendly staff who overcharged me on two separate occasions for a side item that was supposed to be included in the meal per the menu. Calling the food comparable to frozen Indian food would be disrespectful frozen Indian food from the grocery store. This is the worst tasting Indian food I have ever tried. If your that desperate for Indian food and live in the Brigham Circle area there are plenty of Indian restaurants with take out that deliver to this area with higher quality food FYI .

I visited this place on a Friday afternoon with my wife. We ordered chicken tandoori with garlic naan and 2 lassi. First, the lassi was not chilled. Second, the food was a disaster. It seemed they gave us microwaved left overs from the previous night. The chicken was hard and had a weird taste to it. Moreover, the place wasnt exactly clean and we had to eat with a fly buzzing around. And this experience cost us almost 30 dollars. Please dont go to this place unless you have absolutely no other option.

I wanted so much to like this place. But NO. Just no. I was just charged for $18 for a LUNCH which I threw in the trash. Got the chicken tiki masala which has an inch thick sheen of oil on it, after I dumped the first inch of oil and attempted to eat it another inch of oil bubbled up from the bottom. Frankly it was gross. To top it off I didnt get any rice. Just an oily soupy gross mess. Avoid.

I am new to this area and have ordered takeout from here several times now. It is very small and does not look like anything fancy, but the staff is always very kind and service is prompt. It is not the best Indian I have ever had, but for a meal under $10, it is pretty darn good. The chicken tikka masala is okay, and the chicken korma is delicious.

Me and my wife had Chicken biriyani and Lamb vindaloo for lunch on 25-May-2015. I believe the lamb was very old food, I was getting the sour taste. They just heated up and added bit chilly and served us. Chicken biriyani was not at all tasty, it was just an yellow rice with chicken pieces. I never recommend this eatery ! It was costly too !!

The food is so good but the service is bad. They have a lot of language brake down. I really enjoyed this place. Try the fish Marsala, the nan is soft and and filling. All the food is filling so order less than you think you need to. Big groups get confusing with the orders! Otherwise, a must try!

The food is highly overpriced for its taste. Anyone who has been exposed to high quality indian cuisine will find its food to be incredibly subpar and the spice is practically nonexistent. If youve never had Indian this might be a good place to start.

Amazing quality and great prices. Family place they will give you free homemade crackers and salsa if you pay cash. Lunch special is a steal, and their burritos rock and are cheap

Excellent lamb vindaloo, especially if you ask for it hot. Chicken korma is a creamy and nutty delight fit for a moghul king.
