I probably wont be returning lets just say that. My Wife and I went for an early dinner about 5pm on a Monday, there wasnt many people dining, therefore you would assume as a chain restaurant business that the employees would be performing cleaning duties. Or thats what they should have been doing. The employees that where not bar tending or waiting tables where just standing around talking not doing anything. The floors where disgusting! Crumbs, used napkins and straws littered the floors in the walking path, as well as under not used tables (there was stuff under all of the tables I could see) The drink station was nasty that we walked by to be seated at your table. The ice bin was open with ice all over the floor and counter top. We both got Coke, mine was flat and tasted watered down so i ordered a water which my waiter forgot. HOWEVER we ordered the pan-seared pot stickers as an appetizer that where very tasty and cooked nice a crispy. But then we received our meals, I ordered the spicy beer cheese burger w fries and my wife got the Parmesan crusted chicken with mac and cheese and a fresh tomato salad with mozzarella. My burger was clearly pre made which was fine for the price of 10$, but there was no cheese no beer flavor, the jelapeno"s where SUPER spicy and over powered any flavor there might have been on the burger anyways. The chipotle mayo that I ordered on the side looked like it had been sitting out for hours and have turn a darkish orange soft crust on top. And the french fries where oily and tasted like oil. My wifes chicken was no bad, the mac and cheese was cold and needed a lot of salt. And the "fresh tomato and mozzarella" was not fresh as all. the tomatoes where wrinkly and the skin was peeling back, And the mozzarella balls looked dried out and old. Over all we were grossed out eating in such a dirty place. and the food wasnt that great

The menu need to be updated and gets boring after a while. The combo deals are priced well. The selection is small as well as the portion but what you get is overfilling. I like leftovers. I got the unlimited soup and salad meal. They are trying to copy applebees but not doing as well. The selection is limited to house or Caesar salad. The soup is the daily choice or cheese and broccoli. The bread sticks are warm. The chicken noodle was filled with salt and I ready could not focus on anything but the salt. Not good. Can i say this came from a can (whether in part or whole). The broccoli and cheese was much better. No salt issues. The ceasar salad was crisp and filling (although it came with grape tomatoes which is weird). Peanut butter pie was delicious. The kitchen was extremely slow and it was not busy.

The food was good, the waiter was great, but the manager at the time was stand-off-ish and when we showed her proof that the loaded potato skins were endless appetizers she lied and said that it was not on the website when I had the website pulled up. Also when our waiter was with the other tables he had to serve, 4-5 of the other wait staff were chatting and when another person with me tried to get one of the waitresses attention, She looked right at the other person with me and then looked away not once, but twice as well as another waitress completely ignoring when we spoke to her while our waiter was busy.

came here with my bf to get the endless apps & we got seated and had to wait 20 mins for the waitress to come to our table ( no it was not busy at all ) we told her what we wanted for food and drinks and someone else brings us our food but she had never came to give us our drinks so i told the waiter and he brought them to us. this went on the whole time we were there. ( would take our order than not come back for 30-60 mins etc etc ) we usually only stay for about an hour when we have great service and well get about 6/7 rounds of apps. we only got 3 rounds of apps and we were there 3 1/2 hours.

Came to TGIF on Friday around 8pm & let me say this place at Blackstone Valley shopping center has gone down hill. The food also has gone down hill. Tonight my daughter & I ordered one Cobb salad with grilled chicken & one Yucatan salad with chicken & all we got was greens & barely any chicken! We also ordered an appetizer chicken Quesadilla & our server forgot to place the order for that. When it finally came all we got in our quesadilla app was cheese & peppers again NO CHICKEN! I normally dine out 3 to 4 times a week & I will not come back here again!

As good as the food was, it cannot make up for the terrible service. Granted it was not our waitress fault but this place is seriously understaffed. Long wait for food, not serving everyone at the same time and a long wait for a drink refill wasnt pleasant. This is the 2nd time this has happened here. Either hire more people or dont seat so many at a time. I used to love coming here but it will be quite awhile before I return. Dont want a third strike.

It was horrible! The temerature was outrageously freezing, i had to wait over two hours, and my food was completely raw, if it was steak i would have still ate it without complaining except it was chicken. And chicken is really hard to stay raw so they didnt even cook it. I was supposed to be celebrating my mothers birthday but instead our celebration turned into a disaster. I will never come back ever again and neither will anyone in my family.

My experience was awful. We went in for drinks and apps and we got the bartender Casey. She was inattentive, slurring words, and forgetful. I understand the POS system to the kitchen was down. But even after she apologized she would take out refill order and walk away, socialize, and forget for 10 mins even though the water refill was in front of our seat. The 45 experience was almost 2 hours and we had to get out of there. I will not go back.

We come here often because we are part of their loyalty program and get a free appetizer at each visit. I have never had any complaints about the food. The quality of service varies depending on the time of day and who you get. Some waiters/waitresses are very good, some less so. The kitchen has never been horribly slow, but its never been fast either. Its usually somewhere in the middle. The bathrooms are always clean.

This was not a place we would rush back to... we went on a Saturday night at 10:30 and the service was horrible considering it was dead. The drinks took forever and the appetizers we ordered were cold and barely cooked right. The hot wings were dry and we had to get an extra side of hot sauce because the wings were barely covered. The potato skins were cold and we waited 25 mins for sour cream.

We went on a Saturday, around 4pm. We just wanted a to-go order. I understand its not a fast-food place, but we waited an hour for our food to come. The lady took forever just to give us our change back. We ordered 2 burgers, and both were burnt. The inside of the hamburger buns were burnt, and the steak was burnt. It tasted disgusting. No good.
