I spend 300$ a month on starbucks...i drink coffee every morning, every afternoon, and sometimes evening. I never was a fan of starbucks coffee but Its close to my work, so for last year or so im there.... and i start liking it...staff was friendly and everything. I would buy a cup, come back for refill 53cents sweet... now, they suggested me get a starbacks card and register that way 53 cents waved... SWEEETTT...i couldnt believe it.... for last several months i would save some money that way...till yesterday, when manager said:"Can you tell everybody (who de f..k is everybody?) that refill is only IF YOU SEAT IN COFFEE, ill give you refill THIS TIME". as i was leaving i heard laughing!!! HAH? excuse me, didnt your staff recommended it to do, i dont need to be assaulted over cup of damn coffee... Im switching to coffee shop on corner and this manager is going down... How would you feel?

I am so grateful to Alec Grey at this location! He was incredibly helpful went above and beyond to help me. I had stopped in there, left and went to the bus stop right nearby. I realized that I had dropped the jacket (which I loved and had been a gift from my Mom who has passed away) and called that Starbucks to ask if someone could pleeeeaaase go to the bus stop and check around for it. Alec immediately went out to look for it and was amazing for doing so. Unfortunately, it was not there, but he did recommend that I call the MBTA in case someone had picked it up who was taking the next bus. Kudos to your wonderful employee Alec!!!!!!!

I used the bathroom after a guy who calls himself, "mike garretty". The smell was so bad, i passed out and hit my head on the sink. When i complained to the manager, he said, "Youre not the first guy that this has happened to ... Its a weekly occurrence. The last guy ended up in McLeans..." Then i looked over and mike was laughing deviously in the corner ... And eating a huge burrito. Avoid this place at all costs ...

This is the Broadway Starbucks in Arlington. There apparently is a Mass Ave Starbucks somewhere, and this is NOT IT. One time I put in a mobile order for the Mass Ave location and the people at the Broadway location graciously made it for me when I showed up and was sadly without hot beverage.

not a fan of any starbucks. I dont like that they dont have a "large" or a "medium" and the medium roast is darker than I think it should be. decent pastries but then, cambridge and arlington is full of awesome bakeries that you could go to instead

Is a Starbucks so expect the same in this location. What make this place unique is its location and beautiful views on Arlington center. Its cheerful with a lot of light, but seats are limited.

Great staff and service. Everyone is always friendly and working hard to get your order ready. However, compared to Commune Kitchen, the croissant at Starbucks taste like a kitchen sponge.

Solid Starbucks in a good location. Can be tough to find a seat on weekday evenings, but great for spending some time in or meeting for coffee with a friend on the weekends.
