I love dive bars, and this is one of the very best Ive visited, along with Jabberwock in Elkins, WV, and El Batey in Old San Juan, PR. Drink prices are very reasonable. The food looks really good, although I did not try any of it on this particular visit. But, the thing that makes a good dive bar great is the people who go there. The crowd is lively without being threatening, and raucous without being obnoxious. I didnt want to punch anybody in the face, like I often want to do when I am at the bars in Bel Air. I walked in kinda late on a Sunday night, but was immediately put at ease by a lovely young woman named Kari, who gave me the Readers Digest explanation regarding the whos who of the folks there. There was a group of guys playing pool, who were practicing for some kind of league play. Everyone was very nice and had a good sense of humor, and were just there to have fun. I look forward to visiting again soon, and perhaps trying a bite to eat while Im at it.

One of the best sounding karaokes around. Good acoustics made use of by a good DJ who knows how to balance singers with background tracks. The food was enjoyable, the water didnt taste weird (a real problem when you drink a lot of water), and the service was very friendly.

The food is cheap, but eat at your own risk! The kitchen staff have absolutely no clue about food service best practices. Ive seen a server making a plate and wiping the excess off of the plate and then lick their fingers! Absolutely disgusting!

Regarding the negative post, please note this was one isolated incident, and entire staff have been retrained. Gloves are now worn by all food handlers. As new owners we respect others opinions and comments and take them seriously.

Very fun place to do karaoke. This place has a fun atmosphere and friendly people. For a dive bar it was fun times and good drinks! Lots of pool tables to if you want to play. All in all this is a fun friendly spot.

Cheap affordable drinks and food. Nice workers and good cold beer on tap so get drunk save money and enjoy a free games of pool table on friday nights.
