We got fantastic service by Stacy who knew it was our first time & went out of her way to make it a pleasant experience for us. Food was great! Recommend getting the chili sampler to decide which chili you want. Also the boneless teriyaki wings were very savory. They have their own brewed root beer and it rivals A&W. Will definitely be going back ... often.

The bartenders were great and my drinks were good...I came in at 12:15am and wasnt able to order food from waitstaff so my sister, cousin and I had to sit at the bar. Their food came out fast and mine took awhile (it was just wings) but the food was good. I enjoy Hard Times and I will definitely be back

Hardtimes is exactly the word to describe this place. Place is a dive. Drinks are expensive after happy hour, bathrooms are disgusting and you sometimes will see people dealing drugs in the bathroom. If you enjoy a urban crowd and ignorance this is the place to go.

Waitress was nice...food was slow! We were the only patrons seated (other 5 or 6 people at the bar) and took over an hour to get food...not what it used to be. Maybe dinner on weekends better than middle of week after lunch...good luck.

Hole in the wall for some good food and strong drinks is always welcomed. DJ comes in after 9pm/10pm for music so if you have kids I recommend going earlier or try another spot. Pool table atmosphere. Tvs everywhere for sport events.

Bathrooms are disgusting, drinks are weak as hell and high priced, but DJ Ocean is off the hook, Fridays and Saturdays is lit...but over all its a good place to play pool, hear great music and eat really good food....

Service was ok but I paid $9 for a 22oz beer! Ridiculous!! And when I asked my server for a flavored vodka and iced tea she rang up the most expensive thing on the menu... Paying $10 a drink, no thank you...

The only thing that stood out for this resturant ...we had never been there. For being known for their chili, it wasnt what I was hoping for...not bad, just not as good as I thought it would be.

The prices for the drinks were reasonable and good. They werent watered down and full of ice. Pool table was reasonably priced as well and I would definitely go back with friends.

I love this place. This is where I go on a Friday if I want ALL YOU CAN EAT WINGS. I think its $12.99 and you get to change flavors. My favorite are the Old Bay wings.
