Only giving 3 stars since Im not sure how I feel about this place, and I only ordered from them once. Ill go ahead and share my first experience anyway. PHONE Was like any other Chinese place. A lot of people mistake their prompt responses for being rude just because they dont happen to say please and thank you for everything like how we do. You just have to remember that their mannerisms are different from ours. To them, politeness can be seen as a bad thing because they dont want to come off as obsequious. To some words are cheap, and its more respectful if anything to express their true feelings - even to paying customers. Not a big deal. I dont let small things like that bother me, and Im more interested in the food anyway. DELIVERY The guy shows up within 20 minutes even though he actually went to the wrong house at first. He pulled into our driveway and calls to let us know hes there. This guy did not come out of his car at all. I dont know if he called out to my bf to come out to the car or not, but he meets the guy at his car, and I was kind of shocked about that. My bf said he didnt mind and still tipped him well. All I know is that if it were me, I would mind and tell him he needs to come to the door because he needs to do his job and do it well by actually DELIVERING the food - not this "Im here, come and get it bs" If he would refuse, then no tip - simple as that. You never know I could be handicapped, but thats beside the point. FOOD We ordered the combination singapore noodles and the general tsos chicken. The food was delicious and the portions were of decent moneys-worth size. OVERALL I really liked the food better than some of the other Chinese places I tried, so Ill be ordering from here again. Plus Im curious to see the reaction of the driver when I tell him he needs to do the job hes getting paid to do, or once he finds out I dont tip him lol.

Stunning Summer
It was my first time ordering and last. I understand on a Fri. An hour for delivering. But. I made the mistake to add a 4 tip on the bill to total $37. And change. The driver calls with poor English. I live in a secure apartment building. I asked him if he was at the door. I get downstairs. He phones back " meet me by my car its my time" Wow. Its also my money. So I told him give me 14 back. He argues then call the restaurant. The girl is not speaking English to me. So instead of standing argue. I took the drivers license plate. Im still sure I know what he meant by not going to my door at night. Ill never call them again.

The food was good but not worth the wait. I placed the order online and after 50 minutes I called to see what was taking so long. The lady who answered the phone told me it should be to my apartment in 15 minutes. Its only about a five minute drive but I assumed that they might have accounted for traffic. It showed up 30 minutes later. The driver called and told me to come outside and he was not even there. I waited a few more minutes for him to show up.

Ordered a steak and cheese half sub, fries and a shrimp egg roll at 1:48p.m..... called back at 2:45pm to check the status... was told 10-15 minutes. Delivery driver arrived at 3:12, pulled into the END of my driveway and didnt move.... the fact that I waited 1 1/2 hours for a soggy sub, soft fries and a greasy egg roll is the reason for this 2 start rating. The subs flavor was on point, but it was overshadowed by the soggy bread.....

Ordered Cheesesteak, fries, chicken wings. Everything came out good, except delivery was a bust. I had to keep calling to ask about the order. But I will say the cheesesteak was very hot and fresh and plentiful. Chicken wings, well they were basic and so were the fries, just crinkle cut. But if they had Ambrosia rolls from philly, they would be a major hit very close to the real deal.

Rude; I get my hair done at Salon Renz and myself and child usually find ourselves ordering from here THE LITTLE GIRL AT THE FRONT IS RUDE AS HELL; and then when you request delivery the guy never has change or dont give u your change (my change was 10.25; I did receive the $10 but not my quarter he said he didnt have change AND THAT WASNT THE FIRST TIME HE DID THAT). Its sad!!!

Awful service!! Went inside to place my order and lady couldnt understand what I was saying. On top of that, she messed up my order twice. She kept on screaming for no reason, when it shouldve been me screaming at her for making me wait 2 hours. Obviously had an attitude problem, never again!!

This place customer service sucks! They have no respect when they answer the phone to take orders. They are the most disrespectful people that owned a carry out. I had cancelled my order before I even got to order because of the girl attitude who answer the phone. No damn star at all...

They have great food, but the delivery driver takes too long to get to the customers houses. He obviously smokes in the car and the food that he delivers sometimes smells like ciggerates. But overall, the food has been very good and cooked well.

Awesome chicken and broccoli with garlic sauce. Vegetables fried rice on the money. Shrimp egg roll was good. Delivered within a half hour. I will definitely order again next time Im back in town and will pass it along to my coworkers

The wait time is a little long. I ordered 1/2 steak & cheese and some wings and fries. Got here after 50 mins. Everything was sawggy when it got here. The wings are really small, wings arent worth the price. Id go to Eastern Carry Out

Set down for lunch, my order was wrong, i told the Chinese lady, an she was nasty an rude. I asked for my money an told them I am not returning.
