Now I dont know if its because it was a busy night, but I had a very unpleasant experience. After a long day and going to paneras regularly I generally like them. But this property definitely brought the standards down. Both me and my boyfriend ordered two things which we get EVERY time we go here. First off the order took forever to come out and by the time it was out the sandwich was cold (I asked for it to be warmed) the sand which was completely disappointing. The "buns" were extremely small and the tomatos hung off the sides. By the time I grabbed my tray the whole sandwhich fell apart even with the tooth pick in it. I thought thats okay itll be easy to just piece together. Nope. The chicken was cut in a completely weird way and the avocado was literally not on the sandwhich. It fell out right away. By the time I took some small bites there was no bread left! All that was left was tomatos and chicken (big pieces at that). Ugh. My boyfriends sandwhich was a poorly made panini too. Barely any meat and it was flat and small. Definitely nothing good for the money we payed. Would rather go to Wendys or McDonalds compared to here next time.

I regularily travel up and down the coast from Pennsylvania to Hampton Roads. I frequent roughly 15 different Panera Breads, this one seems to be among the most crowded during the lunch rush, so I avoid it 11-1 and 4-6. Impossible to find a seat. Living in Salisbury, its the only choice - the people who work there are a mix of "I hate my job" to "Ive had a good day and Ill be nice to you." I think the problem is most of the staff are college know-it-alls who act like they have something better to do. Its an average store, but of all the Paneras I have been to, this one does rank in the bottom of friendliness and relaxed atmoshpere. Virginia Beachs Hilltop East still remains the favorite.

Very quick, efficient, and friendly service. Several times they axed my favorite items from the menu, but the selections are always good. Very fresh. They dont mess up the order as much as fast food junk, but it seems it happens more if you select takeout. Also, they give you less food if you select takeout because the containers are small.

I love the food here. The mac and cheese is worth every penny. The staff is friendly too. During lunch and dinner time it can be quite busy. If you are in a big hurry you can always order the rapid pickup before you get there, so you can skip the line. The atmosphere of Panera is really nice too.

Panera usually pleases. This is a good location on a drive down the Delmarva peninsula. I was pleased to see that although they messed up my order and over charged me with an extra sandwich, they let me take the extra one for the road and credited my account anyway.

My first visit, girl at counter was nice but spoke very fast so I didnt understand her and she seemed a bit put out when I asked her to repeat herself. Food was good. Place clean. Although there were a couple of broken chair backs. All in all it was good.

Great service. When someone else accidentally grabbed our order, the staff noticed us waiting and immediately started making another order for us and then refunded us the money for the inconvenience. Thats going above and beyond. Will definitely be back!

As a Panera Bread customer I am upset with your store in Salisbury it is always out of your new Artichoke and spinach breakfast is sold out. WHY ADVERTISE WE came early in the morning and got the same answer SOLD OUT. we left very unhappy

Ive gone to the panera for years and never had a bad experience! Great place to eat for someone who would pay the money (it is a bit on the expensive side). The service is wonderful and so is the food. Love it!

I order from their catering service and the food was fenomenal. The delivery person was there before the scheduled time and helped setting up. They keep their standards high. Definitely will order again.

I stopped in for a quick lunch while traveling and received fast & friendly service. The seating area was clean as were the restrooms. I would definitely stop here again if traveling through Salisbury.

Awesome food and service. Atmosphere is noisy and just hard to hear your party in general, might be the acoustics. Either way you dont really have to talk while you eat. :)
