I disagree with the person who accuses Neil of being rude. He has always been a perfect gentleman toward me. In general, when its a question of a one-person business serving the public, the single owner-operator often turns out to be sort of an idiosyncratic "character." Neil is rather mild-mannered as far as that is concerned; he does have a distinctive personality which may be what the other reviewer took exception to. But Neils an OK guy. His sandwiches are pretty good. He runs his food service very efficiently, and to this end he has his own system which he encourages you to follow; i.e. call in your orders ahead of time during lunchtime. At his busiest, Ive never had more than a 10-minute wait. The main objection I have to the whole setup is not Neils doing, its the building which houses a basically captive audience. You have to pay to park there, which is a ripoff, and if you work there and drive anywhere else for lunch, when you come back you have to pay for parking all over again. So Neils is the only place available for workers there. Speaking as a vegetarian, there are only 3 or so veggy choices on the menu, which gets repetitive week after week and you wish for some alternative. I recommend the hummus veggy wrap with feta, which is really yummy. Some of his best creations (like this one) are not listed on the menu, so definitely ask about what alls available.

I also disagree with negative review. Neils food is way above average. His sandwiches are creative, and he is more then willing to make a custom sandwich or salad. He has at least 5 vegetarian sandwiches, along with gluten free bread. Is also willing to accommodate any special needs.

The food is below average and Neil idea of service is most peoples idea of rude. I recommend avoiding it.
