Bagel Bistro continues to be a place where one can get a delicious bagel (many varieties) and a fresh brewed cup of coffee that starts your day in a most pleasant way. They make their bagels right there on the premises and everything they make and serve is fresh and really great quality. George and Nick are really friendly guys and they care about their customers. They will be expanding their menu to include homemade soups and salads. They are renovating their store and making the atmosphere warm and pleasant. George and Nick are carrying on Theresa and Bobs tradition of delicious fresh food and friendly customer service and are adding their own personal touch, and Bagel Bistro continues to be the great place it has always been. Give it a try. You will love it, too.

The bagel itself was ok, but it wasnt even heated enough to melt the cheese. I asked for bacon and instead got a slice of what appeared to be raw ham. Combine all this with the somber vibe of the place and the cook who looked on the verge of a murderous rampage. In the morning, we all need some caffeine, cheer and breakfast. This place, its staff and the food I was served made me want to crawl back into bed and sulk over the state of the union, not charge into my work week like a raging bull. I wont return.

We have been coming here ever since we moved to Parkville; it was amazing. Since the new owners have taken over there is no consistency at all. In the past 2 months, I have experienced walking in and there were no bagels to the price being different 3 times for the same order. Today I called to place a pickup order (Italian cold cut) and was told they didnt have the ingredients to make an Italian cold cut. I will be going to THB from here on out.

Ever since the new owners took over this place has gone down hill big time!! Went in there on a day after New Years and they didnt have any bagels besides a couple plain ones.. and then today my fiancée calls to place the order for pick up and they tell her they didnt have the ingredients to make our Italian cold cuts!!! This place use to be amazing. :(

My wife and I both love this place! At first glance it looks ordinary but the food is delicious and the staff is so helpful and kind. By the third visit they recognized us and weve never gone anywhere else since. We even moved out of the Parkville area and we still go back any chance we get.

Clean place and friendly people. Food is good and lunch bagel price is great. I ask for my bagel to be toasted twice since they have the toaster is on a low setting. Hidden menu are pickles and UTZ chips - love pickles. Kid friendly and they provide Wi-Fi.

I thought their everything bagel tasted pretty darn good, but theyre $1 each and quite small. Safeway is right down the street and sells bigger and pretty tasty bagels for only .69 each. Its difficult to convince myself to pay more for less.

By far, one of the best bagel shoppes around. The local supermarkets, even with daily bakeries, cannot compete with Bagel Bistro. Always fresh, always a nice variety. Staff is friendly and prompt.
