Service was horrendous I asked the waitress to give us a bill prior to our carry out pizza to be delivered. She gave us her bill but never came back to take the money from us as a result Petes was ice cold when you got it. The biggest mistake was ordering the shrimp scampi with pasta note to self never ask for extra sauce until your mail arrives there was practically no sauce on it whatsoever so I had to use the extra sauce I asked for additional sauce There was a charge. It was wing night while we were waiting for our waitress to get our order we were to put your beer then asked if we could use that as the winged Knight combo her reply was why you tell me that before you order the beer thats going to create a problem. The appetizers at the Entree Express came out at the same time what a small table thats pretty impossible to do when you have more people sitting there trying to eat food and goblet all down so that it would stay warm. I have frequent this restaurant many times at one point I was accused of not paying for my bill after further investigation they found out there was their fault not ours I went back reluctantly to do it again and give him another try I always like to support local restaurants but with this review I will definitely go elsewhere. DeSantis needs to understand that they are not the only a Italian restaurant around or local bars to go to to grab a meal.

My girlfriends and I went to DeSantis Grill and Bar over this past weekend. We were very excited because we heard nice things about the place. But then, within a very short time, we were very disappointed. We are just a couple of young ladies that wanted to have a nice meal and relax. As we were drinking our drinks and looking over the menu, I saw this old man staring at me, in a dirty way. When I got up to go to the ladies room, he stared me down and I felt like he was undressing me with his eyes. Im in my late 20s and he is probably my dads age. I went back to my friends and told them, and one of them said the same thing, about the same man. We felt so uncomfortable, that we decided to not stay and eat there. When we were paying our check for our drinks, we asked our waitress who he was, and with an ugly attitude, she said, dont worry about him, he is like that with all the younger girls and he owns this place, so I guess he can do whatever he wants!! I was appalled, so we left immediately, and now I tell all my friends to never go there and I will NEVER go there again. You disgusting, dirty, old man, find someone your own age, young girls dont want their dads glaring at them so inappropriately!!!!!!

The pizza was ok. Just ok. Weve heard raves about the atmosphere and pizza and I didnt feel the love. We finally found it now that my boys have swim lessons next door. The hostess looked dumbfounded that Id come in for service first. Now I did look strange, we just finished Mommy and Me swimming so I had on a swimsuit and towel. But we were picking up a simple to - go order of a small cheese pizza. First when I asked about picking up she looked like I was speaking another language. Then the other hostess comes over and looks at me directly in the face and says nothing to greet me but asks the other hostess what I ordered. I felt weird almost like she was ignoring me. Then they said my name wasnt on the pick up list and then asked me am I sure I didnt order under the name of Pete... um Im very sure the name isnt Pete! Then I just pay for the Pete order and the hostess whod ignored me earlier appears with a pizza and kind of shoves it at me and says good night. I felt racially discriminated and not to mention its a knock off of Matthews Pizza Dont go here! The service is terrible. Well just stick to Gils Pizza.

Was absolutely terrible. Wife placed a carryout order of 2 pizzas 1 cheese and basil the other pepperoni and basil. My wife first asked if basil was a topping and they said yes. Went in to pick up order and found out they had made 3 pizzas instead of 2. No big deal I try and think positive will buy the 3rd and it will be good for work the next day. Once I got home and saw there was no basil on any of the pizzas still OK well maybe they dont have it as a topping and the hostess got confused. Tried the pizzas and they were soggy and awful. Not only did I not like them but my wife nor my 6 year old son liked it. Will not be returning. If Coal Fire pizza is in your area try that for thin crust brick oven pizza.

Have been here on other occasions and never had any issues...that all changed today. Went in for lunch with my pre-teen and teen. Dining side and bar were about half full. Were seated immediately. Took 15 minutes before a server came and asked for our drink order. Took another 15 minutes to get them (a Coke, a tea and a water). Placed our food order(1 wrappreciate and 2 cheesesteaks w/fries on each). Almost 40 minutes later it all came out. Subs were cold as well as the fries. Needless to say, will be eating at the other "Hall" restaurants next time out.

Excellent! Great food. Great service!! Cant say enough good things about this place. We go for a late lunch/early dinner. The ingredients in the dishes are all fresh. Atmosphere is very friendly. They also have a separate room away from the sports bar atmosphere in case you want a quiet atmosphere.

Food is good but if you have a party of 6 or more you will be waiting over an hour any day doesnt matter weekday or weekend they will seat many people before your large group because they cant "split" the tables because of two waiters assigned to different tables.

My family eats here a few times a year. The Matthews pizza is always delicious. I have never had a bad meal at DeSantis. The wait times can be a bit long and the service isnt always the best (young waiters), but the food is always top notch!

Terrific! They accommodated our group of 30 and the food was excellent. The waitresses did a great job of taking orders and serving in an efficient and timely manner. They provided drink refills and boxes for leftovers.

The have Mathews pizza.-! Not to mention great wings, sandwiches , friendly staff and typically a "locals" crowd of gentleman at the bar during the day. KENO to pass the time. Great place, great food check it out.

Get the wings and the meat lovers pizza. Youll thank me. Pizza is kinda small and can be a little flimsy, but it has great flavor. It can get crowded but weve never had a problem ordering out.
