PROS: Excellent beer selection and tasty food. CONS: Overpriced and subpar service. I ordered carne asada tacos and the portion sizes werent on par with with prices. $16 for two under-stuffed tacos with a measly portion of chips and salsa. Saving grace was that it was quite tasty. My other issue requires a little more explanation. Firstly, I requested a bowl of soup of what I lovingly call a "Dirty Chesapeake," which is half MD crab, half cream of crab. Our waitress told me that they dont mix and refused to let me order it. Mind you, I order this everywhere that serves both soups and its delicious. Secondly, our group had a reservation in their private dining area for quite a few people. We didnt have nearly as many people show up as we thought, and at the time we ordered food, there were maybe twelve of us present, and some people werent even ordering food. Due to the large reservation size, they had assigned us a fixed menu of four items, three of them contained seafood and the fourth was a burger. I didnt want any of these, so I requested something else. The waitress again refused to let me order off their full menu, stating that "If everyone ordered off the regular menu, the kitchen wouldnt be able to handle it." So I had to go to the bar to order what I want. I used to work as a waitress so it is completely baffling to me that the kitchen is unable to handle 8 orders at dinnertime, regardless of what part of the menu we order from. The customer should be made happy, not inconvenienced for wanting something else. Our waitress saving grace was that she was attentive. Long story short, the refusal of service and overpriced, under-portioned food completely turned me off. I definitely wont be coming back here.

Food was good. Our waitress was great. ( she made the best out of bad situation with great service ) We would of brought this to a manager attention. We did not see anyone coming around to ask how was our meal or anyone meal. ( Our waitress did a wonderful job and she did ask us and improved our experience. ) 15 minutes late on our reservation. When seated to our table. A table for 4 people when a table of 5 reservation. Hostess went to add a chair which would of blocked the walk way of entire section and one table off fron being able to go to the buffet without one of us getting up. WE had to explain the situation it would create. After understanding finally got to our new table for 5 which we reserved. Walking to the mothers day buffet was impossible with the seating arrangements. All had to walk around the long way with the 1 and half foot of aisle space to walk between. Buffet had 7 empty trays of food. Asked by a restaurant employee who saw me walk away from the Buffet "help you with something? " I asked for the refills of 7 empty buffet pans and the others were half full. When it was for dessert it was non existing at the table. As we left the restaurant was filling it the dessert trays back up. Food was good. Waitress and everyone was extremely professional and polite. The restaurant has potential to be great our experience shows us we will go somewhere else even if it means traveling for a great experience.

Warning: all of the seafood is from frozen. I used to order the Spa Salad EVERY time I came in, and this last time it was very evident it was previously frozen. Came in today and verified everything now is put in their freezer when they get their shipment. Are they really not going thru their seafood fast enough to keep it fresh??!? Worst thing to do to fresh seafood ever...especially being so close to Annapolis. Redemption: Korean BBQ tacos. Delish!! Great bulgogi flavor, tender, love the pickled onions, avocado, and creamy avocado dressing. Ok, Im come back then...just wont be ordering any seafood.

I went to this restaurant with my friends yesterday and two of us ordered the venison chili. When it came out it was luke warm at best. We mentioned this to one of the waitresses passing by because we couldnt find our waitress. She apologized and took it back to the kitchen to heat it up. When she brought it back it was still not hot. We asked for the manager and the chef came out and proceeded to argue with us that it was 160 degrees when he measured it. No apologies, just argument. I will never go back to this place. It sucked! We went to the pizza place beside it. At least the food was hot.

The beer selection here is great, the staff is friendly, the food though... The menu options seem a little weird. Tried the crab dip with potato chips and it was incredibly salty. The fried pickles were rounds which as soon as you bit into came out of the breading. Entrée wise, I tried one of the daily specials, a cheese steak. It was pretty good, but the steak was cut the wrong way and wasnt easy to bite through. Good for a beer or two, I would recommend looking at the menu before coming here for dinner though.

Great craft beer and whiskey selections. They serve flights for those for a decent price to get a great variety of their samplings. The food is always good and unique. You can get some fantastic tacos to southern comfort. The only things keeping them from the five stars are price/value and service. They historically have problems with staff and managers dealing in true customer service. Take that with a grain of salt and try this place. It is a hidden gem and underrated on google.

Friendly and courteous staff with good lunch food. Have not been for dinner or happy hour yet so cant comment, but having an attached wine store to the restaurant seems like a great idea. Interesting for concepts that work well... Definitely a step up from your typical restaurant. Also, may seem like a weird thing to comment on, but I really appreciate how clean everything is... Especially the bathrooms. Libations is a quiet place that I really enjoy.

The food is ok, atmosphere is great but the service ruins the whole experience. Ive been there a few times hoping to have a better experience but the service is worse each time. I waited 25 minutes for a soda and the bar tender was too busy to make my mixed drink so the waitress made it. She didnt know what she was doing. Improve the service and wait time for food and this place would be great!

I want to love this place but I cant. I love good food but I also think chefs can try to hard. I always feel like this one tries to hard. Too much seasoning competing for my attention. Thats just opinion though. The staff is wonderful. The beer selection is good and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming.

The menu is designed by a real chef using real fresh food. They accommodate allergies and weird diets with a smile. Their draft selection is a major draw - specializing in local craft beers. The bar is fun, the outside deck is comfortable. We come back for the bartenders. They are fantastic.

Used to like this place until they failed to properly reserve us for one of their dinner events. Even after explaining to the manager that it was for a very special occasion they turned us away. They called later admitting their mistake, but that didnt make up for our ruined evening.
