30 minutes of my life that I will never get back! Tonight I had a very distasteful experience at yet another Ledos location. If I could give 0 stars I would. The workers were very unpleasant. They waited until my children and I were seated almost 15 minutes to come and tell me that the dine in area was closing in 2 minutes, nevermind that I had been waiting for my order to be taken for 15 minutes. They then proceeded to refuse to serve my children even after I pointed out that I had been waiting and that the dining area was not only open when I sat down but actually still open in that very moment. When I asked to speak to the manager he in no way attempted to solve the issue at hand he pretty much made things worse. Not only was he extremely rude and condescending in front of my children, but to add insult to injury he refused to right down his name when I expressed how greatly displeased I was stating "he didnt have to and he wasnt going to." Bad management leads to bad business and Great customer service goes a long way due to the lack there of I will NEVER spend a dollar at this establishment.

First time at this location and was very very disappointing. Waited I know at-least almost 30 minutes and pizza still was not ready, and I ordered a small and my fiance ordered a large. We seen people come and go from the inside and the drive-in window. Orders were placed after ours and people still left before us. So all I have to say is this location will not ever see me again or get my service, and Ledos is one of my favorite pizza places. Not the Capital Hgts location anyway

My pizza was different than all my other Ledos pizzas. Service was "as expected". There was a very nice lady there tho didnt catch her name. Pizza was on time, and ok.
