Was there on a Friday afternoon. Only 1 customer waiting to pay. No staff member at the order line. Finally after 5 mins - a female staff member came out - never greeted me - simply said - " what do you want?" I gave my order and she rang up my purchase. She then disappeared into the back room with the other employee. I waited and watched my pizza come out of the oven. All the employees were in the back room and I could hear their conversations. Finally, after 10 mins - another female employee came out and asked me " did you pay already?" I said,"yes - and would you mind getting me my pizzas?" She did so - never thanked me for my order. It was obvious that the first female employee who helped me was a supervisor. Her attitude was extremely rude and because of her example - the younger staff members probably thought it was ok to behave in the same manner. I simply wanted 2 pizzas - I left feeling like I had interrupted their day - they were simply doing me a favor. Obviously, I will not be returning back.

Food was great. Kept coming back, until one day I ordered a pie and found a nice long hair in my crust. The hair was cut in half, so I discovered one piece first, so I was like "oh a hair thats nasty but I wont fret". Then I found the other half just as long and was like "Im pissed". Im usually laid back, but that one incident cost them money. Not going back ever, not because Im disappointed in service and quality, but because Im scarred for life. Check your food people.

Its like a Subway/Chipotle for Pizza. One price and you get to choose all the different pizza toppings you want. Even different sauce and cheeses. they also have salads and several different desert options. Plus assorted beers and wine. But one of the best parts is their Circle of Crust loyaty program, where you can earn free pizzas just for having lunch there often. So far I cant think of anything bad to say about this place.

Staff are amazing. Ive become a regular and many remeber my order when they dont have to at all, they go above and beyond to ensure you are happy with your delicious food and bonus points for how wonderful they are about courtesy towards food allergies and cross contamination! Rare to find that in a typical pizza joint. This is my favorite local pizza place by far. Reccomend it to all of my friends.

Great custom pizza. Have it your way! They make you exactly the pizza you want right in front of you with (apparently) fresh ingredients. My pizza was very good. The friend with me - his first Pie Five experience - said his was very good. Clean restaurant. Good food in a timely manner at a reasonable price. Outside seating in a beautiful day. What more could you ask for?

This place used to be nice (at least better than the Ellicott City location). The staff in Columbia was extremely rude and even told me my pizza looked like awful before he pushed it to me, not as much as a thank you. Classy. Not sure what happened, the staff used to always be pleasant. I guess Ill need a new place to grab pizza.

I have been to this location, and the one in White Marsh. I like the one in White Marsh better. Why? Cleaner, and the assistant manager doesnt yell at you to take your order. It is also NOT appropriate to dress down your staff member in front of your customers. You can do better Columbia!

The service was good for a Wednesday night. There were 5-7 customers and not a lot of wait. The reason I give 2 stars is for cross contamination. As a vegetarian I am pretty cognizant about that. They use the same glove for everything, even wiping the counter down.

The pizza is great but the service weve received from the staff here is beyond impeccable. Never one bad experience! My boyfriend usually does not care for pizza, but after he had this once, he always picks it again and again and I cant complain :)

Best part is the extensive choice of toppings. Make your own or order off the menu. Pizza is good and its fairly quick but staff isnt as efficient as chipotle or qdoba (obviously those are different types of food bit its the same concept).

The pizza and garlic sticks are pretty good and reasonably priced. However, all the toppings just skipped of my pizza and my husbands pizza, and we both got different sauces. If the toppings stayed on, it would be a 5.

The mostly teenage staff has always been very pleasant service-wise. My wife loves the crab pizza. I love that I can bring home personalized pizzas for the whole family on takeout night at a very reasonable price.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Health standards were deplorable and the staff was arguing openly while they made our pizzas. Ended up throwing them out and going somewhere else.
