We were in this IHop for dinner on a Saturday night around 8 pm. Our waitress introduced herself and explained as she glanced to the other side of the restaurant that she and "____" would be taking care of us tonight. Never did see the other wait staff person check in on us. There were five of us, and our food was staggered 2-2-1, so perhaps a table of 5 is a challenge for IHop. We needed refills. No one. We needed the check. No one. When our food finally came out, which took a while (too long for the number of patrons) the waitress explained that something had happened in the kitchen. The biggest problem was not the slow food, not the inattention, but the other patrons. Two children, one baby, one toddler, were crying/shrieking. At the first shriek, I thought someone had been injured. After this went on for a while, I asked the waitress if the baby was okay. She said yes, babies and children act like that. She further explained that she had two young ones, and they were loud, also. I asked if management ever did anything to quiet the children, and she said, no, they really cant do that. Considering Id get nowhere at the restaurant, I put comments on the online "contact us" and the receipt survey. I would rather let the owner/manager know than throw negative around. When I have a complaint, I have found managers to be grateful for the notification, and I have often received a gift card. Well worth the time. However, I have heard not a word from IHop. So here it is folks: if you want to eat mediocre food, served slowly, pay $2.29 for iced tea with no refills, and do all this at a place that sounds more like a day care center than a restaurant, I suggest IHop. Otherwise, go ANYWHERE else in the tri-state area. The ONLY reason I would return would be for the CinnAStack pancakes. They were awesome. Exactly the flavour one wants from Cinnabon. Since I can get Cinnabon elsewhere, I surely will.

Pretty good servive, always fast... the server DID forget to put our appetizer in but gave it to us on the house to compensate. The food was excellent and the portions were huge! I was very pleased with my meal and my boyfriend was also very happy with his! We had a gift card(which we informed our server of before we ordered) and after we finished, the hostess told us their internet was down and they couldnt take it. As we didnt have enough money to eat out otherwise, this was a very big issue for us. We spoke to the head server about it and she processed it over the phone without any difficulty whatsoever. So, thats my only complaint! Otherwise, this is a wonderful IHOP location with wonderful staff (besides the hostess) and excellent food! We will definitely be returning to this restaurant!

I am very dissapointed in this Ihop and there employees . My family and I come here frequently because we enjoy the food and the servers but today I witness a racial conflict in the kitchen. My server "Melanie" rudly went and threw my order to the hispanic kitchen staff . Yes , my food was not cooked propely but the way she went and thew my food was not appropriate , she was being racist to the cooks and very disrecpectful . I am an owner of a restraunt and I wont tolerate it. I am contacting corporate

Its a great place to stop while on the road. Staff was very pleasant. A typical wait time for a morning breakfast scene in a Saturday. Tables are a bit crowded. Lots of little ones climbing over into our seating area. Food was pretty good, what you expect from an iHop. I didnt care for the sirloin tips they are soaked in a sauce I didnt care much for. Other breakfast items were good. Great family atmosphere.

I come here fairly frequently and the service is always excellent. The servers are hard working and always help make for a great experience. The food is delicious as well. This is the only IHOP I come to; even after the meal, I love chatting with Douglas at the cashier. Overall, I always look forward to dining here and having a wonderful breakfast.

The Waitress Forgot To Even Put My Order In To The Cooks Me And My Fiancé Waited For At Least 10-15 Min To Be Told She Went To Talk To Manager Then We Had To Wait For Our Food Which Was Poorly Cooked Cold Bacon Cold and Hard Hash Browns And Cold Pancakes My Mom Worked Here Years Ago I Think They Need To Go Back To The Way They Used To Be

Come on in here and grab yourself some deliciousness ! If you come on the Night shift make sure you hit your girl Victoria up. She deals with the crazy crowds and my drunk ass family. And dont have no issue following the orders.. everything has been right,never gotten,an order wrong. ! Leave her a big oltip

This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I ha e ever had. The staff were walking around using profanity. Friends of the staff playing in the store. It really looked bad. This review is not to bash it should be a teaching moment. And my food was just so,so. It will be a while before I return.

Waitress was OK. But first a dirty cup..then a dirty plate with an ice cold waffle..the 2nd waffle was not done..the third was finally OK. A quick meal turned into an hour long unpleasant experience. The kitchen staff thinks their ineptitude is amusing. Not on the list of restaurants I would recommend.

My friend and I came here for a late dinner, the service was terrible. It wasnt busy but we had to wait forever to be seated. We waited about 25 minutes for our food to come out but we werent even given silverware. Both my friend and I are now extremely sick to our stomachs after eating at this IHOP.

We were seated promptly, but everyone who came in after us was waited on before us. I had to complain to get waited on. Food was slow coming out and slightly warm, not hot as would be expected for such a long wait. Kids liked the food, for me it was just okay. Not the best experience.

I went to this location on three occasions, and it was horrible all three times. The first time, my pancakes were burnt and crumble. Second time, my order was not right and the third time, we didnt eat because there were so many flies in the restaurant.

Not to long of a wait for the food, however the food was not up to expectations. Chicken strips were dry as the Arizona desert and and the pancakes were lackluster. The overall experience was much better in frederick.

Drove Four hours to go to my hometown ihop, where my husband proposed to me 3 years ago, and they were remodeling and didnt notify anyone online. I just spent 300 dollars in gas to get there. Screw you ihop

Waited 10 minutes for a seat 2 people (not too bad). Waitress came to take order...45 minutes and still no food. 4 different families that came in after us were served. We left. Very disappointed!

The food was good, the prices were fair, and the service was excellent. Our waitress (Laura), was very efficient and friendly. My husband and I took 6 of our grandkids for dinner, we will be back.
