Went in to get a Sub sandwich. The guy behind the counter started to make it. And when another customer walked up, He stopped making our sandwich, and walked away, When I asked the other person behind the counter, if he does that all the time, he only shrugged his shoulders. And was very.apologetic, I called and asked to speak to the manager, and to lodge a complaint, but she wasnt available, Tony the person in charge, said he would speak to him, and would let the manager know what happened. I said something to the sandwich maker 3 times, but was ignored. I told Tony that I was going to lodge a complaint, and was told I dont blame you. I have stopped at this exact store Everytime we are in that area. And have never been treated like that, I really think there should be better training for people, that represent companys as large as yours. Never was treated like that at Wawa, or any other of your competitors. Hope something could be done, as to not have that happen again

9 people in line, Patti is the only one working a register. An older shorter lady just messing with her phone the wholee time watching, 2 girls appearing to be having a good time behind the chicken display, one girl walks out of the office only to just chat with some guy leaving his shift, and another guy taking the longest sip off his drink Ive ever seen. Dont get me wrong, I dont mind waiting but having worked convenience stores several years if my life and retail for almost a decade, its clear none of these people gave two craps about relieving a long line ....either their conversation or phone was much more important. Thank goodness they have Patti.

Nice location to stop at for the commute to work for a bite or gas. But the last two times I have stopped there, I was very disappointed in their fries. About 2 weeks ago, I got a fry that was totally saturated with grease causing me to spit it out leaving a foul taste in my mouth. I also noticed the others had a bit of an off taste to them like the grease was beginning to turn. I tried again a week later and had to throw the entire box of fries away because they all tasted of rancid burnt grease. I hope they get a clue and change it more often.

Normaly a good place to stop while traveling, but today the place is dirty. Bathroom a mess ... trash everywhere, no tissue in the stall. In the checkout line I had to listen to a cashier argue with the hot food counter person over ... chicken of course - While Im standing right there. No professionalism at all at this Rofo. Not today anyway.

Exceptional Staff! Great place to stop and refuel myself and my car. My food order did not come out as hot, as I would have liked and the staff immediately corrected this and served me up a fresh, hot dish. This was my first visit to a Royal Farms and not my last. The staff made a wonderful impression on me!

This is my typical stopping point in the mornings. Bathrooms are always squared away and the staff is friendly. The BEST feature for this RF location is how EASY it is to return to route 50 safety afterward.
