Just ordered an Original Chicken Sandwich, a Junior whopper and Cheese Tots. from the Burger King in Edgewater MD. BOY was I shocked when I opened the Package. The Cheese Tots were heated up in a Microwave, you can tell because all the cheese leaked out and was melted onto the cardboard Box. The Chicken sandwich and the Junior whopper were both on Whopper Bread. For the Chicken sandwich, they cut 2 sides of the bread off to make it fit the chicken with 1 1/2 inches of chicken sticking out on each size. When I saw this I went back in and they told me that the Frier was not working right and that they did not get their bread order in yet..THEN THEY REFUSED to give me a refund.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

friendly fast staff. facility is kinda gross. Sticky tables.. and why is there always syrup on the ketchup packs??? The soda machines are deteriorating. Floor can be sticky. Tables are wiped down with what is that? Mop bucket water ? Its gross. Bathrooms are a slight step above busy truck stop. And I mean, those off name truck stops. Not a super clean Flying J or something. The staff makes it bearable. If it had an unfriendly staff.. it would be unacceptable

Was extremely hot, tired and hungry. Just got off work. Ordered a Whopper, Med fry and Med drink. Service was great and the food was very good. The cold drink was outstanding. I normally dont have business in that area but the next time I do Ill remember that Burger King.

I was excited to get my oreoshake and when I asked for it they said they had shut it down bc they closed in 5 minutes Why cant you just shut it down when u closed the restaurant

Went thru drive thru 4 times recently for bfast and lunch. All times service was fast and polite. Food was hot, fresh and correct. And they were not stingy on sauces.

Very good service but the soda machines were empty of ice and soda syrup. And the manager on duty not very helpful or clueless on the situation.
