I have been going here since they opened in 2004. I also worked there from 2004 to 2009. The food is good generally, and the service is usually good. Over the last year, their food quality and service has deteriorated. I get good service and food about 50% of the time. Usually I have to wait in Drive thru for over 5 minutes and the food is no longer hot when I get it. Minor issues over all, but over the last two years they seem to be stacking up. I still love the food and the company. This location has seen better days.

Usually great service and hospitality, but today I was at the cash register at 10:31 and the cashier refused us breakfast. I was under the impression that they stopped making breakfast at 10:30 and found it hard to believe there was any breakfast food left even before 10:30. We were in line before 10:30 so it was frustrating to not receive what we came there for. Ended up going somewhere else for food.

Chick-fil-A in Edgewater md is the busiest restaurant in this city. Everything they have to offer in my opinion is the best cleanliness, service and timeliness. 5 star review because upon every visit their very busy with speedy service. They hire enough employees to handle business throughout their busiest predictions unlike most companys around which are too cheap to compete.

The people working at this location are always nice! I had a gift card and both times I went and used it, it wouldnt work but the associates that helped me immediately got a manager and the managers fixed it right away. At night, a little after dinner time, I did have to wait a little bit longer but it was only because the drive thru line was so long so I was understanding.

After ordering in the drive-thru, I was told it would be a few minutes and that I should park in the parking lot. After maybe 5 minutes, an employee ran outside to my car with my meal. She showed me they had refunded the entire meal and even gave me a gift card for making me wait. I wouldve been fine with just the meal- thanks for your customer service CFA!

This place is really good at satisfying your craving for a Chick-fila-A sandwich. Having a Chick-fil-A nearby is among one of the top 5 reasons to live in Edgewater. Last time I was there you guys forgot to bag 2 of my sandwiches and I had to drive back, Im still giving 5 stars because I think the dude was new.

Dont use a gift card they cheat you out ur money then u tell them they dident give you a receipt to show how much the gift card balance was left. I should have still had 10 dollars and the manager said well many be next time u will ask for one. She got real nasty for no reason. Will never go back.

It has one of the better layed out play areas. This place is massively busy. Ive never had a problem getting a seat, but drive through can get out of control (and they even have the two lane thing). Food is always good, never been to a Chic-Fil-A with bad food or service.

Brand new and super busy all the time. Convenient location for my commute when I need a cookies and cream milkshake or a little chicken to tide me over (insider secret: if you dont eat much, get a kids meal. Turn in the toy to the counter and you get free ice cream!)

Grilled chicken ran out during 5 PM. Ended up eating fried chicken. Cashier willed to bring a tray full of meals to table while I carry a toddler. Kids playplace was neat, but limited sitting place for adults. Good place.

As far as chick fil a goes this one is always packed but in true form they have pretty young ladies taking your orders while your in line and you are in and out before you know it.
