I will never eat here again. Let me just start by saying I love the subs at this place..but tonight makes three times that my husband ordered a sub specifically saying no cheese or mayo and this is the third time it has had cheese on it! He walked to pizza box around 7pm with my 8 month old baby in the stroller and got the food and brought it home. He waited to open it because I ended up getting forced to work a 16 hour shift at my job and we always eat together. So at 9 o clock I finally get my teething 8 month old baby to fall asleep and I go to eat dinner with my husband. As soon as he opened his he sees that it has cheese on it. I tell him go ahead call them I will take it back. He calls, they look for his ticket and the person on the phone says well your ticket says cheese, my husband responded by saying he doesnt eat cheese so he specifically said no cheese or mayo. The man says fine just bring it in. Of course I go to get the other sub not knowing my husband was told to bring the old one, I get there and they say well wheres the other one you need to trade it in a snippy way...so I say okay I will go get it, I drive back to my house get the other sub, take it back and put it on the counter. The man brings another sub out, says OK here u go have a good night. I say Ok and begin walking out the door. The man says "or not"...I say you know what I wont thank you.......I have never dealt with a restaurant or anyone that wasnt an inmate attempt to get smart with me or have an attitude. Of course Im annoyed I just got finished working 16 hours, Im tired, my child is teething and cranky, and now after my husband tried to do us a favor and have dinner ready to eat before I got home I have to deal with someone at a restaurant acting childish..plus...what are you going to do with that other sub any how? Eat it?.....

The food here is good, dont get me wrong. And yes, I know the wait times are long as well and expected. My issue is, I called in at around 5:00 to order, was put on hold for 10 minutes, I can understand that because it was dinner time. Once I ordered, I was told a 40-45 minute wait, which I could understand still because it was dinner time. I know they tend to run late, so I even gave them an extra 10 minutes. I show up and it is not done, they tell me it will be 10-12 minutes. About 30 minutes later they bring it out, so I know they didnt even start making it until I showed up. People were coming in after me and getting there food and walking out right away. Not sure if they have an issue with people not having a 717 number, but this has happened multiple times now and not sure I will be going back.

The best value in York County, maybe in all of PA. Food is excellent and value is great. Slices are easily 1 and 1/2 the size of most places and topping arent skimped on. Their small subs are as filling as most places large subs. The owner is extremely friendly and if you have a problem wants to take of you. As far as complaints about service time; keep in mind the place is small and five times busier than any other pizza place in Manchester or surrounding area. If you are in a rush dont go there or order during peak times. Great places often take longer because they are great. If a place can have your food in ten minutes its because no one is else is eating there.

Trying to be generous , food is good, but EVERY time weve had a delivery it has been over an hour and once before we had to call to make sure they remembered our food! 1 hour & 45 minutes later... Theres our pizza!! Some guests had up leave before pizza even arrived. Tonight placed an order at 6:14pm and when I called to see where the food was at 7:26pm they said the driver was just picked it up to take out for delivery!!! Over an hour to make a turkey sub, pizza burger sub, and kids pizza burger sandwich before being able to deliver. Im over it Pizza Box, when Im hungry I want my food!

Who ever made this pizza does not know how to stretch dough. The ends are really thick, the middle paper thin. Unacceptable, 2 times I ordered from this place, and both times the pizza is like this. Also their stromboli, they chop it into tiny pieces and throw it in a box. Problem with this is the cheese runs out everywhere and now its a huge mess. Id expect this quality from little ceasers $5 pizzas. But when youre paying $12-$15 for this garbage. Theres no excuse. I will not be returning to this dump and I advise others to stay away.

Today we came by and I was sitting in the car waiting for my husband to pick up our pizza. I watched someone come in, unsatisfied and I watched a pizza box worker, as she was walking away, give her the finger. I really love their food here, but to be honest their customer service is always awful. Delivery times are so long, its almost unbelievable. Most likely she was upset about that, but under no circumstances should an employee flip a customer off.

This is the third and last time Ive ordered from them. Every time Ive ordered its taken over an hour to get our food. One time took over two hours. Tonight I ordered and after an hour I called to find out where my food was and they said they were just making it and it would be out soon. It should not take well over an hour to make two subs and some boneless wings. This will absolutely be the last time I give them my money.

Good prices, decent portions. Pizza not as good as it once was. Either they changed the cheese they used or just dont put as much on. Some of the staff are not very courteous. Made eye contact with a couple of the employees while waiting at the counter to pick up my order. Not so much as a hello or well be right with you. Overall average food, good prices. Used to be the best in Manchester, now not so much.

It took more then an hour and the food was not good the lettuce was rotten the fries were cold the salad was old and it had brown stuff in it the sub we got the bread was undercooked and the breaded cauliflower was very oily will not be going again very bad place to eaten lol called them 15% off I will never go back and I gotta lick my butthole to get the taste out of my mouth

I ordered in the restaurant for carry-out and it took 35 min. The phone wasnt ringing and only 2 families in the restaurant and only one had placed an order. I think if they actually work instead of standing around talking or the lil bit of playing then a lot would get done. If the owner is there they pump out the orders. The food was pretty good and the order was right...
