If looking for a table service restaurant in the mall, this is your only option. Thankfully, its a good option. You get the typical Ruby Tuesday experience, salad bar and all. Having dined here many times over the years Ive found it to be a well run restaurant. The food always comes out hot and fairly quickly. It is always well staffed to limit waits. My most recent visit my family ordered two entrees and one kids meal for the kids to split. They brought the kids meal as soon as it was ready, as requested and two plates for them to split it. It was a two corn dog meal, so it was easy to split and the kids loved it. The adult meals, both burgers came shortly thereafter. Both burgers were hot and juicy and well seasoned. The fries were also nice and crisp. The waitress was quick to bring refills. And no longer wait for the check or for her to take it and process the credit card. Very happy with our meal, as we were in a bit of a hurry to see a movie and Ruby Tuesday got us in, fed and out in more than enough time!

I honestly wish I could give this place no stars! The food was absolutely low quality and I was surprised being that it came from Ruby Tuesdays. I am a regular at the Ruby Tuesdays in Linthicum and believe me I will stick to my normal location. The only reason why I went to the one in GB is because I was in the area and never heard of this location so I figured Id give it a try. Keep in mind we came here and it was not even crowded about 2 p.m....extremely quiet and slow. My friend and I went to the bar and was greeted by the server who was very friendly. We ordered a pretzel burger and it was extremely cold including the broccoli we ordered for our sides. Our food was not of quality. It was nasty and gross. It was as if the cook threw the burger on a plate and could care less who was eating it or paying for it. I will never return to this location. Honestly if your all about low quality food and having to pay more go to this place by all means!

Our server was terrible. Hailey disappeared for quite some time, took 20 minutes to get the check. I actually had to get up and get my own Togo boxes. It takes a lot for me to get angry and by the time I left there I was thoroughly disappointed. Management should take a look at who they are allowing to serve their customers. She was unfriendly, extremely lazy and she should really think about looking for employment in a different field. In this field you work for tips, you put up with quite a lot to earn that tip. Unfortunately she does not understand the meaning of customer service. For what it is worth I have never given a review before, this was absolutely the worst service I have ever received. I am a bartender I would like to think I know a thing or two about how to be successful in this industry.

Ate there on a Saturday evening. Went to change my newborn after being seated to find the restroom a complete disgusting mess. Clogged toilets and sinks and a puddle of urine on the changing table NOT from a baby. Asked one of the employees to please have the restroom cleaned; 30 minutes later, nothing. An hour later still filthy. The bathroom was enough to stop me from going back again. Food was ok, a bit overpriced. Had to ask for silverware after getting our salads. Waitress helpfully asked if we wanted ketchup, but then didnt bring it. The bill didnt even have a pen to sign. Hard to recommend this place. I would tell people to completely avoid, but the salad bar was great. Go for the salad bar but dont use the restroom!

This place used to be once happening and the salad bar alone you could rave about for days. Now, not so much. This place has sadly went on the downhill slide in more ways than one. Salad bar sucks and they dont keep up on it, waitresses are horrible, young ignorant and not experienced. Husband had to walk up to them to ask for our silverware and re fills on our drinks! Food not all that great (hell fast food at this point might have been better). Just a shame. How this place stayed open over Rocky Run right across from blows my mind. Disappointment for sure. And half the staff was young kids baked out of their mind!!

HEALTH HAZARD! DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT!! My family and I used to go here every now and then, but will refuse to go again. They have MOLD....BLACK MOLD....under all of their table cloths, when brought to the managers attention she didnt care at all and even said "we wipe them down every day", and when I told her I was going to report them to the health inspector she SHRUGGED and said "okay, have a nice day. Bye." My husband and I had our two kids with us, and I had to bathe them at home, and reported them as soon as we were in the car. Its disgusting!!

Always seems to be a little busy. The atmosphere is a little dark and had pop music playing for the background. Lots of families dining with their young children. The food seems to be a bit spicy for my taste. Our waitress was very friendly and kept checking in on us. I tried the shrimp appetizer and didnt care much for it. The dry rub ribs were good and I ordered mac & cheese which was mostly cheese (not to my liking) and the snap peas were quite good. Overall, its a medium value for a family of four we spent around $60.

This is the first time Ive ever gone to a Ruby Tuesdays and I will probably never be returning. Our waitress took forever to take our order (it was not busy at all), it took almost an hour for our food to come out, she handed us brown water, the chicken parmasan i got had over cooked chicken, the noodles tasted like the just threw tomato paste with it and my better halfs fries tasted like they sat in the fryer all day. this is by far the worst customer service and food Ive received from a restaurant.

The food is ridiculously over priced for what you get. The first time tfe chicken wraps were sent out, there was 2 tablespoons of chicken in the dish. The second time they brought it out the chicken was hard, old, and horribly chewy. The queso had to be sent back because if the thick discolored film on the top. The waiter dumped a kids meal on my child. The kids portions are ridiculous, even for children. If I couldve given this place a lower ranking, I would have.

Ordered long lced tea and sangria and both were horrible. We actually didnt even drink them (and they werent cheap). Next we got salad bar and soup because how can u go wrong with that? Well the salad bar wasnt that fresh and the soup was bland. Then the staff wasnt paying attention and ran into each other and drinks went flying all over the place (that was kinda funny). Needless to say we were still hungry when we left. Definitely not ever going there again.
