I ordered a chicken fettuccine alfredo and asked if I could substitute steak for the chicken. No problem says the nice waitress but it might cost a little extra. The food finally comes out and the steak is on a separate plate. The manager was delivering the food and I expressed my displeasure at the miscommunication from the waitress. She said "oh we dont do it that way". I told her that there was no mention of it coming on the side. She apologized and then walked away. I agreed to eat the food because we had already waited sooo long to get it. The food was alright, I guess. Not great but alright. The check came and then the shocker came as they charged me for basically 2 meals...the fettuccine and the steak. Another manager finally reduced the price after I argued with her for several minutes. Overall, the waitress did her best but seemed like she was stretched thin with her amt of tables and was not knowledgeable on several questions asked. The food was subpar for an Italian restaurant and I think it was more about the service(waiting for drinks) and the the food fiasco that really left a bad taste in my mouth. I wont be going back.

Forty-eight hours later and my dinner is still delicious -- that is how good this food is. I might have a few slight nuances to name but given the experience and the quality of the ingredients, flavor and the atmosphere -- it is not a problem. We arrived on a Monday at about 2pm. The dining area is filled with the aroma of wood burning. Though there werent a lot of customers our meals were a bit delayed -- yet we had no complaints once they arrived. The service was great; our server "S.B." was very consistent and presented herself well (important to note due to the typical lackluster cs in the area). I was also given the opportunity to taste a couple of wines before deciding. Everyone I spoke to smiled, anticipated any request and communicated clearly. I meant to speak to the manager but she was preoccupied. I hope she sees this! I would recommend Topolinos in Temple Hills, MD to anyone looking for a good meal at a very fair price.

I dont know on what planet the waitress telling you "gimme your cup" to refill it or throwing napkins on my table when passing by is good customer service but maybe it is here. The food was ok but not for the price I got the buffet and there where a few gnats flying around it. The staff at the counter also seemed to be arguing I could have sworn I heard on of the employees say he was gonna f up another and I was a ways away so I know people closer could here, the lady receiving her food from the man looked a bit shocked herself i would say. All and all I cant really say I recommend this place horrid service and mediocre food.

The facility is clean and the atmosphere is quite. Where my problem came in was the fact that I paid 25.00 for a extremely small seafood platter that should have been no more than 15.00 at the most, because it was not a platter at all and the food was bland. My wife ordered the shrimp alfrado and that also was a small portion and was over priced. Our kids wanted pizza and it seemed to taste sorta bland also. So to make a long story short, the prices are to high and the food portions are to small. Thank you Topolino, but unfortunely we will never eat there again.

After a long hard day at work with a miserable DMV commute back and forth went to pick up some pizza for dinner. Got there and the cashier was so friendly offered me drinks and condiments for the pizzas but my order was wrong. They apologized profusely, offered to make my order again but I didnt want to wait so the manager gave me a gift card for a pizza and apologized again. Best service Ive ever had at Topolinos and it made my horrid day so much nicer. Love the staff on duty at Topolinos on May 11th 2017 @ 745pm. You rock! !

4-sided fireplace, nice decor and Italian-style tiled areas make for an extremely relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We all had their $15 buffet, which was very economical, quickly restocked and loaded with plenty of good eats. Large TVs to entertain (sports recaps at the time) rounded out the evening. My only disappointment is that they dont have gelato. (Tuesday 5:30p, 11/30/2010 visit.) Fifth time here. Took in-laws here for a treat. They loved it and everything was great as usual. Have been to Topolino several times and have never had a bad meal. The buffet is outstanding in its variety and flavor - we escepcially enjoy the mussels in garlic and the tortillini. The pizza from their wood fired brick oven is delicious - Topolino is now our take-out pizza of choice. Their staff has always been pleasant, and their dining room can accommodate large groups. Highly recommend Topolino - am taking my mother there this weekend for Mothers Day.

Salad appeared fresh but blue cheese dressing was room temp.and watery. Had mushroom imperial for app, uck. Small mush and they drowned them in velveta and american cheese. Had to search for crab so little the amount. For entree ordered tortellini with ham and peas. Sauce tasted like it was Ragu from jar. The plate was drowned in it and again watererd down. Maybe tue buffet or pizza is way to go but not so sure on ordering from the menu.

Service was the biggest let down. Took 20 minutes to get out salads and another 20 for our entrées. Also the server had the personality of a dish towel. The buffet seemed ok, but the pasta had no flavor. The chicken was cooked well and had a decent taste. Prices were much to high for the quality of food. However the place was clean and well maintained. Suggestions: train servers for customer service and try something new with seasonings.

We had steaks and the steaks were very good. The only issue we experienced was at the bar, there was a gentleman (who actually seated us) who was talking on the phone but swatting flies with a fly swatter. The issue was he was actually swatting the drinking glasses on the rack. We were horrible and promptly left the restaurant. I sent an email to Toppolinos but never got a response from them. So beware people.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Parking is painless, food is perfectly prepared and service is impeccable. We come to the Prince Georges Equestrian Center 2-3 times a year for 2-3 night stays and finding a place to accommodate 6 or so people for dinner, some of whom are veg, is so hard. Our search is over. For, like, ever. Our server, Kelley, is a customer service genius!

Tuscan style exterior and interior family restaurant, featuring exposed beamed ceilings and a large parking lot that is always filled. A local favorite for over 25 years that hosts any type of gathering. The atmosphere is cozy, inviting and spacious. It offers an attractive buffet or dine in options. Prices have increased over the years, without sacrificing portions or service.

I do the buffet here and its generally pretty good but a little pricey for what you get. The pizza crust is a little greasy like Pizza Hut style, which I love. Also, the salad part of the buffet appears to be laid out on kale, but theres no actual kale available to eat. Would be much better if they used the kale in a salad instead of as a decoration.
