Only giving this place five stars so more people can see this. DO NOT EAT HERE. To be honest giving it one star would be generous. The food is mediocre at best. I came here with three friends and we all agreed that there was no food that was good enough to get another helping of. Everything tasted like plastic or it was cold. The service was also mediocre at best. Our server didnt understand our drink order (coke and water) and stared at us the WHOLE time we dined, it made us feel uncomfortable. Anytime you went up to grab another plate all the employees would stare. Also our waiter brought over our checks while we were still eating and tried to make us pay and leave. We did not leave a tip because our experience was so bad and our server followed us to the register as if he was waiting for one. Again, it was uncomfortable. My total was a little over $13 and I cringed as I handed my money over because it just wasnt worth it at all. Quality over quantity was the lesson I learned. Ive never reviewed a restaurant experience before but today was just so bad I had to because I dont know how people are giving this place five stars. I would honestly choose McDonalds over this place in a heartbeat. TL;DR: just dont eat here, the food is bad and makes you sick and the waiters are creepy.

Good food. Enough variety but not as much as I thought it would be. A lot of the photos make it appear larger than it is. But in actuality theres only three short table-like sections of food (one of which is desserts and fruit). Then the sushi bar and soups lining the walls. I thought it would be more comparable in size to Hibachi Grille and Buffets but it was significantly smaller. I wasnt super impressed with the food. We got there about 7pm, they closed at 10pm, and maybe refilled two or three items the whole time we were there and everything else was just cold and only a few pieces left. Definitely a variety of seafood , sushi, and desserts. Watched people get very competitive as to who would get the crabs every time they filled it. The servers were great at first but we were taking our time and once they decided we were done they brought over the check and fortune cookies and never came back to move a plate or refill a drink. But the problem was... we werent finished. No one came over to our section again after that. Ive never had this happen before. Overall, it was okay. Not impressive.

My mistake was going there a 2nd time giving them the benefit of the doubt a bad day. Some of the food was fine others not so good. The manager/cashier was very rude when I asked if they took American Express. She said in a loud tone in a nasty way, "We dont accept American Express!" And look at me with a nasty look on her face. I have Visa so no problem. (I had a few choice words for her but refrained from lowering myself to their ignorant level) Staff had attitudes toward all their guess there as well. Food was taken away an hour prior to closing. At the meat station there was no one there to carve meat off the bone for you. Lack of food at food stations. If you asked for assistance the staff either ignore you or wasnt there to help you. They have the nerve to post, if you dont finish your food youll get a surcharge of 20%. Isnt this a buffet? I would recommend that NO ONE go to the so called buffet. Im sorry if this review sounds vengeful but Ive never been treated like this at a buffet. I wanted to give this zero stars but you cant write a review without entering 1 star.

COMPLETELY agree with the person below me. We have been going to the Easton buffet since I was little with my grandparents since it had previous owners. The service has went completely down hill. Went with a couple friends the other day and was being gawked at while eating. Not even 25 mins into eating the server tried to get us to pay at the table not at the counter. We felt it was rude and said we would pay after we were finished eating at the counter. The server walked away and proceeded to stare. After finishing he followed us to the counter. Now being very irriatated we complained to the "manager" the "manager" ignored the complaint and said are you paying in cash or credit? WOW. The experience only got worse from there our server saw his lousy tip for lousy service and threw it out the door and started cursing at us in front of children. I have never expierenced something like this in a restaurant and I happen to be a server, so even for me to complain took a lot but this was absolutely uncalled for. Will not be recommend or going back.

I went to Easton Buffet with my son. We always get a sampler plate to start to see what we want to eat as our main entree.15 minutes into the meal, my son had to use the lavatory. The employees watched our every move, very uncomfortable to say the least. They also were at our table removing our plates before we were finished. It wasnt crowded so I could not understand their rationale for rushing us. The food was mediocre! The ice cream was horrific. I never had hot ice cream. It was almost like a cool whip blend that gets cool but never cold. Upon receiving the check, I was insulted. I felt as though I had been robbed. Literally! $31.75 for two at 4:00 P.M. I could not believe it. I guess I was charged for the facility, which I will admit was very clean and cozy. McDonalds and Chic-Fila puts this place to shame. Just when I thought all was well, things got worse. On the way home, my son and I got really bad stomachaches, then diarrhea. I wonder how they are able to stay in business.

I absolutely hate writing negative reviews, but I really felt like I need to share my experience. This used to be one of our family/friends favorite buffets in the area. Yes, the snow crab legs fight was pretty obvious (you need to ask the waitress to bring more legs all the time since its a super slow process), but it was something we were willing to deal with. The reason why I am giving this business a negative review is not because of the food (which is ok, kind of bland, not super fresh, especially sushi), but because of the service. I got it, waitresses and sushi bar cooks are bored to death looking at the people eating there every day, but, come on folks, give some respect to your clients - these hated looks are so uncomfortable and yes, bringing a check after 30 min sitting at the table when no one asks for it is VERY VERY RUDE. I think my family will try couple other buffets around, maybe we can get a bit more respect there.

I am not big on buffets, but when I go to one, especially for the money, I do somewhat expect something out of it. Not being sick and having my stomach churning the whole ride home would be a plus. It was a very clean place for a buffet but the food is sitting under heat lamps for too long, dries out and gets cold in the middle. Im not that much of a food critic but I felt I had to say something. Snow crab legs, oysters, and clams need to have a salt taste to them since they came from the sea, but these dont. It taste like they were steamed in toilet water. Even leaving and grabbing a ice cream cone for the road to help wash the taste out of my mouth, it tasted like the milk for the ice cream was sour and to top it off the cone was stale. Please save your money and your stomachs.
