this is the third time that this burger king has messed up my order. I normally stop on my way home from work on fridays and pick up something for us for dinner. I live about 20 miles from here and have given you 3 opportunities. So you know the old say "3 strikes and you are out". This past friday I stopped in and ordered meals for me, my son, my husband and my grandson. I get home and sure enough I am missing my grandsons food. I ordered him Chicken fries and french fries, neither one in the bag. I attempted to call them Friday evening 3 times and no one answered the phone. I called Saturday and still no answer. I have tried 3 times today and the phone now rings busy, so it is obvious that the phone works. No more business from me or my famly. As I look at the reviews, it also appears that they dont respond to your review either!! Way to go Burger King!!!!!!! I was on hold for over 5 minutes to corporate, so maybe this is not the only Burger King that sucks. Apparently their corporate office does not set very good examples. Really Corporate??

If you like slow and terribly rude service this is the best spot in Cambridge. Not only was the food nearly as bad as the service ( 12 minutes in line at the drive thru for COLD French fries) but having to go inside the restaurant after my order was wrong,(# 1 Value Meal w/ a Coke) I realized that the restaurant itself was dirty.I really wanted to see trash on the tables and on the floor as well as some sort of sticky substance on the soda machines that I hope was Coke or Dr. Pepper. One would figure that with all of the employees just standing around doing nothing, one could at least wipe a surface, mop or better yet, get my Whopper with cheese correct (This is the "HOME" of the Whopper, rIght?) I would suggest spending the gas money to go to Easton if you really want a Whopper.

I live in Cambridge, and Ill never spend my $ there again. Crappy Attitude from management on down. The last two times we used the drive thru, the order was wrong. And trying to reach them on the phone is ridiculous; the phone either rings off the hook, is answered then immediately hung up or, best of all, theyll answer the phone, but not speak, just lay the receiver down & walk away. +

This is the worst place to eat. I placed my order the girl at the register couldnt find what I wanted to order in the register. When i got my order it wasnt complete and when I told them that I was missing my sausage biscuit and hash browns, they told me I had to get back on line. I ask for my money back they made me wait and the girl at the register was l laughing.

The worst COUSTMOR SERVICE in town I went there they got my order wrong and when I said something the manager asked the girl and she said thats what I ordered and u could here them through the window I hate them dumb ass white people so I called there main office I will never go there agian

One of the cleanest Burger Kings I have visited. They always give me a hot and correct order every time. I have been going here for years and it is very rare I have an issue. When I do, it gets fixed quickly and with an apology.
