Absolutely HORRIFIC!!!!!!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO!! Me and my family went for sunday dinner. • the drinks took 35min to come •WE FOUND HAIR IN THE APPLE SALAD AT THE SALAD BAR •food took an hour and half •appetizers never came, when we addressed it to our server she said "sorry" AND NOTHING ELSE. We had to insist to have it removed from the check • all the fried food had to be cooked in the same oil because it was all BURNT on outside and UNDER COOKED inside We asked for manager to come to our table, to explain the reason for such bad service. He took 15 min before he arrived. He stated,"I dont know what going on the kitchen, I was busy doing other things". He then gave us the Thaiphoon shrimp appetizer that never came for free, but when it came the shrimp was translucent and RAW. I unfortunately tried two shrimp before realizing this. Shortly after having the shrimp I got ACID REFLUX. I HAVE NEVER HAD ACID REFLUX BEFORE!! Long story short LONG WAIT TIMES, RAW FOOD, CLUELESS MANAGEMENT Spare yourself the disappointment..

Catering review - used to be great about a year ago and I used them at least 3-5 times a month. Recently, their food quality and especially DELIVERY has gone way downhill. I had an order for catering delivered 2 HOURS late. It was cold and absolutely so unprofessional. This happened twice - the second time the location for delivery was around the corner. I get that things happen, but they did not update me at all on what was going on or give me an ETA when it was already late. I had to call them 5 times. There were no apologies offered and attempts to contact the regional and general manager were not returned. It made me look unprofessional to my clients on my part since not only was the food late, but I had to spend the time I would of with the client chasing the Ruby Tuesday order down!

Terrible service. Serious lack of communication between staff and customers. How are you out of two popular side items (green beans and zucchini) at 3pm on a Sunday? But they had day old zucchini at the salad bar. Tables in pictures were not cleaned the entire time. No excuse because staff was sitting around doing nothing. Salad bar was neglected. Not enough utensils and lack of fresh salad bar items. No consistency with table settings or orders. Some tables had no salt others had no pepper. Two in my party ordered the same entree - New Orleans seafood and one received sauce and the other did not. Couldnt get out of there fast enough. Will not be back. Not sure if this location is corporate owned or franchised but it is screaming for remedial training.

First time there - never going back again. Went last night April 25, 2016 about 9pm with 3 family members for dinner. We sat at the bar. Two in the party had the salad bar and myself and my husband ordered meals. After ordering our drinks arrived. About 2 minutes later, my husband who was sitting on the end say "ROACH". Crawling across the bar is this big roach. Another member of my party brushed the roach off the bar. The bartender seemed more concerned with the fact that a couple of coasters went off the bar with the roach! At this point my husband was not going to eat anything, but the rest of us were going to eat. Then here comes ANOTHER ROACH CRAWLING ON THE BAR!!! That was it!! We were out of there. Needless to say I was no longer hungry!!

Service was efficient but not friendly. Salad bar was clean but low on several items.the booth was comfortable. There was ample parking. Food was served hot but the quality was not great. For example, our baked potatoes has several dark spots on the which we cut away but that took about half of the potato. What really bothered us was that the potatoes were not washed, they had dirt on the outside of the skin. Calling attention to this led to a a quick sorry about that but nothing was offered...like clean potatoes. No, we didnt eat them and didnt complain any further either. We will not go back again.

We had a short wait to be seated despite there being a smaller occupancy. They need more staff to clear and wait on tables. Our waiter needed to take care of too many tables to provide appropriate service. When we went up to the salad bar there was a used plate that stayed near the "clean" plates almost the whole time we were there. I had to move several plates to the side because they were not clean before I could get some salad. Restaurant could use some help.

Food does not come out right. The last time it was my wings. This time it was my burger. Instead of real bacon on my burger. I got bacon bits. Dont know who is running the kitchen. But, they need to be retrained. I never received the real bacon. Had to send the burger back. Felt bad for the bartender. It wasnt her fault.

Awesome salad bar. Very clean. General manager was there overseeing how the employees were handling the food. He asked me questions about the service and selection. Our server was really polite was able to answer quite a few questions about the menu. They had no problem accommodating us we had a lot of people.

I went to the Bowie location today and I took my ribs home too eat. The ribs wete very tough and there was baelry any mest on tbe ribs. I was very dissatisfied. I hadnt been there in awhile, but I use to really enjoy the ribs. Very dissatisfied customer.

Used to be great spot for lunch /dinner ... Service is hit or miss, atmosphere is dark, had a musty odor, flies were in salad area, 3 bad experiences at this location and have finally decided not to return for a 4th

The salad bar has undergone many changes which have improved it vastly. I always get a good meal when I go to this Ruby Tuesday. It is kept clean and neat. The service was everything I could ask for.

Dont listen to the haters. I had the crabcake with loaded mash potatoes and steamed broccoli. It was very good. The restaurant was packed. But thats testament to the excellent food. Go get you some!

Slow service and our waiter did not check on us very much at all. Never cleared the table after we finished our salads so our table was crowded by the time we got our meal.

My girlfriend really loves this place. We came hear a lot on Sundays. Its a warm cozy place, not too loud or crowded. The staff is friendly and the food is great.

Had the crab cakes with zucchini, the zucchini was great. The inside was a a little too dark for my tastes. Overall I was satisfied.
