We made reservations for Dec 12th six weeks ago for our holiday gettogther. They set up a table right by the bathroom and the coat room. They normally dont have a table there. We asked for some drinks and then were ignored for the next 45 minutes. We had to ask for menus. It was obvious that they were over booked and just put that table together. We didnt even have a server. The bartender had to help us. Diana didnt even stop by and say hello like she does for everyone else. I understand we are not regulars, on a weekly basis but we come every few months. We always loved it. Very disappointing.....The worst part was that our diappointment meant absolutly nothing to Diana. Great way to treat your guests...Those old people are going to have to be replaced in the future with the younger crowd.......Not us for sure....

What happened to this place? It used to have so much personality, and the menu was different. Now, it looks plain, decorated with cheap TJ Maxx items, the service is pitiful and the food is okay. . We arrived at 9:05 for a 9p reservation to find the bus boy outside telling us that they were going to close of us, it was very strange. He came inside and without washing his hands, he turned all our cups and began to serve us... Nasty! Then him and the hostess stood in the corner looking over at us and he was shaking his head. It was the weirdest, most uncomfortable vibe I have experienced in a restaurant. They must have changed owners. We have gone here a lot and spent big money here, but never again. They lost about 8 clients in one night. Dont go here!!!

Where to begin? As a Baltimore boy I believe that I can claim some expertise about crab(meat) but - honestly - the CRAB MARTINI at this surprising French restaurant has made me a believer - like several friends - in this Bethesda destination. Cilantro+mango+jumbo lump crabmeat+tequila infused vinaigrette. Ive ordered this delicacy the last 3 times I dined here. SO CALL ME ADDICTED! Last Saturday I ordered and fell in love with the Veal "St. Moritz." I dont travel much, but THIS St. Moritz I will certainly visit again. Parmesan-crusted Medallions garnished with Mushrooms & basil pesto.....DELICIOUS! With the portion size and because I had licked the plate clean, I had to ask for a container to take my apple tarte home.

We picked this little Bistro in Bethesda for my birthday dinner. We had a phenomenal experience. The food was fantastic, the service was friendly, they made us feel welcome from the first greeting and our daughters (8 and 10) were treated as two young ladies and they loved it. That being said I would not recommend it for families with kids, it is definitely an ambiance where quiet, good conversation and good manners are appreciated. We will visit again!

Very plesant experience! Food was excellent, started with the tomato basil soup-very fresh and not a bit salty. For a main course I had the scallops in a white wine sauce with cheese, I could eat this dish every night! It was so light and satisfying-so delicious!! With so few "real" restaurants left finding Le Vieux Logis is a treasure. I will be back again and again!

Yum, interesting, moderately complex foods, lovely sauces, the service and environment were delightful, lots of regulars quite robust in age...me thinks with well developed tastes. This place is lovely on the palette, and Im curious to go back, many times likely. This was my first time. Just all around impeccably delightful experience

Le Vieux Logis feels our own private dinner club. Attentive, respectful and happy servers make the experience awesome. The food is reliably delicious with fantastic prix fixe options.

Was not particularly impressed, however was not disappointing either. Service is on the slower side on busy weekend evenings.
