There are certain expectations that accompany the prices that Parts of Paris charges for their food, I wouldnt expect to see the following in a dining establishment of this price point: 1) reused paper menus, wrinkled and dirty 2) the dinner menu, wine list, and dessert menu given to the diner at seating -- the waitress came to the table with two sets of three menus and handed them to us as though we were students receiving homework assignments in an elementary class room (here is your dinner menu, this is the wine list, and the blue is the dessert menu...all upon our arrival). 3) wait staff wearing street clothes -- shorts and t-shirts; with no common theme amongst the staff. I would expect to see this in a deli, but not of an establishment serving a la carte cuisine with extraordinarily high prices for the quality of the food and overall atmosphere. 4) reheated, chewy, luke-warm, flavorless escargot 5) bread is served without bread dishes and when a bread dish is requested, we were looked at as though its a strange request. Our server then gave us large salad plates as bread plates and said this is all we have. 6) the china we were served on had chips on almost all plates 7) water was never refilled 8) the steak was average a best, certainly not worth the $33 dollars. 9) the only positive is that is a quaint place to sit at the bar and have a glass of wine. In summary, much better food can be found in the Tampa/St. Pete/Safety Harbor area, and the atmosphere simply does not justify the price.

The food here is absolutely fantastic -- authentic French cuisine and it is easy to tell this relatively young chef has an absolute passion for his craft. The duck confit was probably the best Ive ever eaten, the mussels were perfect as was the charcuterie plate. This is my new favorite restaurant in the Tampa/St. Pete area (Safety Harbor). The ambiance was perfect for a romantic date with my beautiful wife. Our server Sonny was exceptional and the food was unbelievable. I worked for a 3 star Michelin chef for several years in San Diego while his hotel was renovated in France and your food is equal to that experience. If you know Jaques Pastor, you will take this as the highest possible compliment. Well done chef!

Took mom for Mothers Day and very much enjoyed the quiet quaint atmosphere. We kept it simple each ordering something different, eggs Benedict, Tofu, and the filet. My eggs Benedict were spot on, I even forgot to ask for mine Florentine and they were nice enough to accommodate a side of garlic spinach (Sorry & Thanks). We thought about desert but opted for a beautiful trio of Artisan cocktails instead and were all three pleased with our choices.

Looking for a French restaurant as I am a French living in Florida and wanting to get back to our French flavors. Very disappointing. One of the most easy things to do is french fries. Yet the ones we got were raw, soggy and very badly cooked. On the other hand, service was nice but I wouldnt recommend this restaurant as a French restaurant unfortunately. Very pricey an not worth it.

This is our favorite restaurant! We have been here 10 times since our first visit in August 12. Chris the owner works behind the bar and always greets you with a smile. Jeff, the executive chef, at only 25, his cuisine is that of a seasoned French chef. We have tried pretty much everything on the menu, and never have been let down. Great for romantic dinner or a meal with friends.

What a pleasant surprise discovery. This little house that has been converted into a French dining room. Wonderful food at very competitive prices ad an extensive wine list. My only complaint is the noise level, with wood floors, no curtains, and a low ceiling, it can get very loud with only a few other tables occupied. It make intimate conversations challenging.

Bastille Day, July 14th, is traditionally when we meet our neighbors for dinner at Parts of Paris. This year, it appears the word is out and the place was packed! Entrées are thoughtful and well composed with great wine pairings. Chris and his staff perform to the highest service standards to create a very special occasion.

Two problems. There were gnats and flies inside. We wanted to let them know so maybe they could do something - we were not complaining. The owner - manager became very defensive and made us uncomfortable. The filet minion was tough and chewy. Not at all what I expected for a $32 steak. Would not dine there again.

Very nice French restaurant in downtown Safety Harbor. Menu changes often which is a plus and they take pride in there food. Meals are pricey but well worth it. The place is small and can get loud but it adds to the experience. They have inside and outside seating.
