More like Número "Uno" for filth & slow service on a Monday night. Just ask yourself how dirty is the kitchen and how is this place in business? (Tourists- its just immoral to be so greedy and not care for your customers health & business) REASONS TO VISIT: - if you are into having your hands and body rest on a fabric cushion with layers of strangers sweat and food oils, then I highly recommend this place. - also, having a kiosk at the table means you wont see your server. So, if you like to tip someone for having a computer do their work, this is also a good fit. But, remember this: neither the server or tablet will bring you water or check on your table. The pros of the tablet are that it does get your money to the restaurant chain faster, and it recommends a 20% tip for non-existent service. THE MESS: Im not certain if its fair to say they clean the tables with syrup, but the table was as sticky as could be. I thought to myself, "perhaps its the humidity...". But, after accidentally running my nail across the table I realized it was more than stickiness; it was a thick film of grime. Now, I appreciate pasta and Parmesan cheese just as much as the next Italian-food seeking lad. However, its better served in a bowl or plate, not between the booth cushions. It may be that Uno takes pride in food flying out of peoples mouths that management decided to showcase it by leaving it where it lands... for months; I would rather see that food disposed of in the garbage. If you are wondering if Im just being rude, I visited this place on a Monday- they had about 15 customers around, and two of the staff members were BRUSHING THEIR HAIR by the bar. With layers of crap on the walls, so thick it looks like you could scrape off a pound each sq. ft.; this place has simply been ignored. After a city having a downturn in business, you would think this restaurant would want to clean up to appeal to locals. But, it simply seems to be just fine charging a premium for an awfully-filthy place. THE SERVICE: The service didnt exist. Well, I take that back... My waiter thought it would be appropriate to express confusion about whether we ordered "drinks" or water; not both. After we explained we wanted both, it was resolved within a 5 minutes. After that, we didnt see this person for a while and were then prompted I pay via a tablet covered in a peeling sticker reading "games $1.99" and a swiper to pay my bill. I was surprised to see that you could get the screen to work as it was also filthy. It did recommend a 20% tip, which is nice...

Worse service of my life! Was seated, then waited 15mins before someone took our drink order. She finally arrived, she was friendly but took another 15/20mins to bring our drinks (there was only 3 of us ). We ordered food and continued to wait. The waitress never came back to check on us, we pushed the reorder drinks and call server button on the device on the table with no luck. There were many other waiter just cleaning tables so we asked one of them. The table next to us also waited forever, and in the end the man just held up his hand to try get attention. Our food arrived late as well, but my order was wrong (I know these things happen as I have waited on tables before for 6years). Our waiter didnt bring out our food so i asked the girl who didnt about the mash potatoes I didnt receive. She told me she would go get some. 10/15mins later still no mash potatoes, and we had not seen our waiter since our drink order was delivered. I got up to see if she was in the bar section, with no luck. I finally got another waiter to check on my order and call our waiter. After I had finished my meal cause I waited so long, she came out and said "oh I didnt forget you i was in the back." Still no mash potatoes!!!! As a waiter you need to be present for your customers, one of the worst service I received. She rushed to bring us the check, and finally the mashed potatoes arrived in a take out container. I opened the container, and they were burnt..... Very disappointed in the general service, my other food was good. But the mash potatoes not so much.

Me and my husband has been there a few times last year, and always enjoyed the food and the good service. Went there yesterday (friday night), started with server with bad attitude. Got us the drinks but forgot the straws, and didnt show up for next 10 minutes. He got us the starters but not the plates, again we had to wait 12 minutes (just for the plates). When we needed refill for the our drinks, we again had to wait like 5-7 minute at least, and even after that he was just being so rude. When we got the food, we had to ask the kitchen guy to bring the plates as our server was useless. He was also serving another group of ladies and at the end, when they gave him tip, he DEMANDED for more tip which was extremely rude. We were still eating and he got us the bill without asking if we wanted to order any dessert or not, and while we were eating he literally stood there asking us to pay the bill as HE WANTED HIS TIP. We wanted to order the brownie dessert, but because of this bad attitude and terrible service, we just left. We didint leave much tip and than he was like, thats all tip I get!!! SERIOUSLY!!!! MANAGEMENT - if you hire new people, please train them well.

We have been to several UNO franchises but this one was by far the worse. We got seated no napkins spoons forks on table. The table was filthy. It took a waitress 25min just to take our drink order. 10 min went by no drinks. Some young lady by the name of Brittney came from taking care of her outside section to take care of us. She did her very best to take care of us and her section. Thank you to her because the waitress that was supposed to be ours was too busy talking to friends and staff. Manager in blue shirt was very rude and look like he didnt want to be there. Everyone in our section was angry and upset with the very poor service you could see it in their faces and body language. Anyways! Our food came out 45 min later cold they mixed up our orders got nothing right. The BUS BOY and Brittney took care of us better then management did they were great. So Thank You to Brittney and Hispanic BusBoy! Also We sat by the kitchen door so you could see back in the kitchen. There was food being handled with no glove and I do not evwen want to say what else I saw. It was a major turn off. But all 8 of us will never go to any UNO franchises again.

If you are considering going here, please read this and the other reviews. They present a pretty consistent picture. Ill begin with the peeling paint and other evidences of deteriorating physical plant. Such could be forgiven in an actual hole in the wall restaurant, but not in a national chain. Service is absurdly slow. Most restaurants will at least serve drinks within the first ten minutes. More like 25 minutes here. We ordered salads which were reasonably fresh, although my Caesar salad had too much dressing and a couple dead leaves. The mashed red bliss potatoes had a weird chemical taste. My partner ordered broccoli cheese soup, which was excessively salty. The black bean burger was okay, although the guacamole arrived late, and with the extra gift of a curly human hair. Other evidence of poor hygiene: The mens room toilets and urinals did not flush, and apparently hadnt for a period of time. Where and how was staff washing up? Seriously, I hate to post this review, but it just isnt fair for people to come to this place expecting a reasonably pleasant and predictable dining experience. Im just glad I didnt get sick.
