Excellent Customer Service! On a rare morning when I got an early start for work, I decided to stop in for my favorite breakfast sandwich, a steak and egg on an asiago bagel. Unfortunately, when I got on the road, I realized that the order was mixed up. I called to let them know that I would return for a replacement. GET THIS, THEY MET ME IN THE PARKING LOT WITH THE CORRECT ORDER, SO I COULD BE ON MY WAY. Thats the way to fix a mixup.

I cant believe the horrible sight I saw today. A manager named Lynn was yelling and practically harassing one of her employees who i found to be very helpful and sweet. I have never seen a manager openly yell at someone about what from my view was very untrue..... I am very disappointed in the treatment of that teenager...... I dont suggest going here if that nasty manager is there

I usually love Panera, but this one wasnt doing great. A few people were really trying to provide stellar service... and then there was everyone else. I asked about the hazelnut coffee, was told it would be about 15-20 min then checked back after almost 30 min to find out they had never even started it. Sandwich was sloppily put together. Just a "meh" experience.

Pretty much like Panera anywhere else - which is a good thing, in my opinion. Fresh, flavorful, somewhat seasonal fare, definitely better than a burger chain. Counter service with prices about like a diners. Excellent track record for handling food allergies (including mine) and other dietary special needs.

VERY hit or miss...When ordering for Rapid Pick-Up, be careful. When they get the order right, its good. The orders arent always in the spot on time. (I once had to wait an extra 20 mins after the ten mins I was already waiting, because they "didnt see the order...")

Went in today for a cookie there was a small line. When my husband and I got to the register and picked our cookies the manager said they were on him since we were patient with the wait. I have always liked this Panara but it was a nice surprise .

This is my local Panerai and Im so glad this is one of the largest locations I have ever been to which helps with the popularity and large dinner n lunch croud. The place is clean well lit inside and out and has plenty of parking.

Strawberry Poppyseed & Chicken Salad was delicious. It wasnt very crowded around 1pm, and didnt have to wait long at all for my food. Staff was friendly, though I had limited interaction with them aside from ordering.

All I wanted was a loaf of bread and that takes >10 minutes. I realize dinner time and all but I didnt realize the bread area isnt attended at dinner time. The help was pleasant but there just was not enough of them.

Love Panera...its my favorite place to grab a quick breakfast. Unfortunately this location the staff isnt the friendliest. The cashier was unpleasant and acted like she was being bothered.
