I could not believe my eyes young blonde girl was taking orders on the phone then going straight to peeling beans or something i have no clue but preparing food no less other guy on front was taken orders as well and then going back and laughing with her and then she would take orders play with her phone then prepare food take her phone out four or five times then playu with her hair then went back to pealing beans I cannot believe this, as lookin past tables and thru the kitchen across from it i can see no one uses gloves they all touch there hair and then prepare food, I can see that there is no proper dress code they walk in with there coat jackets purses and grab food and prepare food with stuff on it was the most disgusting experience i have ever been thru i could not believe my eyes

Went there last night after reading reviews. Im not sure where these other people have been for Chinese but the food was horrid. Well some of it was ok. The rice had barely any flavor and what flavoring it had was off. My orange chicken was well lacking chicken I think I got empty coating.. The flavoring was not very good either. I left but took my left overs with me. This morning I just threw them out as I spent all night on the verge of throwing up. Im sick and my gf who went with me is also. Will never go there again.

Order chicken fingers and other items for delivery. Took almost 2 hours to get to me and they gave my chicken wings. Called to tell them that I got the wrong item and they completely ignored me and said that what they have written down is what I ordered. I dont eat the chicken wings, so I know that I didnt order it. They didnt want to do anything to rectify this and told me that I was wrong and thats not what they have written down, completely ignoring anything I had to say.......horrible customer service.......

My boyfriend and I absolutely love American-Chinese food and have eaten at dozens throughout Maine and elsewhere. This is by-far the best that Ive ever had... there are so many restaurants around the Portland area that serve the same type of food, but none is as good. Delivery is prompt, workers are friendly, prices are competitive and restaurant is clean. Every dish weve ever ordered is fabulous... ESPECIALLY the beef or chicken and broccoli! Needless to say, we wont ever be ordering anywhere else from now on.

The staff were courteous, the place seemed clean enough. But what irked me is their orange chicken LOOKS enormous, but its like 75% undercooked breaded filler. Literally you vote in and the taste is ruined by filler so they can make it look big. Id rather have normal size with just chicken inside, because the filler ruins the taste. Will not be returning, and will be sure not recommend.

Nice people, consistent American Chinese faire. What lowers the review for me is that the food is too salty / too much MSG at times. Also, a little pricier than places of equal quality in neighboring towns. That said, when in Westbrook and having a craving for Rangoons and lomein this is where we go.

Ingredients are definitely higher quality than most. Prices are a tiny bit higher than the crap places like langs but it is more than worth it. Ive gotten delivery several times and got prompt service. Im glad China Villa is in Westbrook. A stoners wet dream.

Its either hit or miss with their food. They are the best option for Chinese food in Westbrook, but dont expect to be wowed because its not that type of place. They have a large assortment of menu items and have good portions for lunch and dinner.

They were extremely busy. I waited 1 hour and 40 minutes to have them make my food on Christmas night. It was the best Chinese wed ever had. Not from this area, Ill be back though for sure when Im in town. Hot and exactly what we wanted.

First time buying food from here, I am a very picky Chinese food person, the food blew me away!! Ribs so tender and juicy full of flavor, general chicken amazing!! We drove from Yarmouth just to get dinner! Cant wait till next time lol

Wouldnt deliver the five blocks to my house because I was $0.69 short of the $15 minimum delivery charge, they were going to make me buy a soda I neither wanted nor needed. Went from one of my favorite restaurants to one of my least.

Small, take-out focused location - though they do have space (a few booths and a couple tables) to eat-in. The GF loves the place, but Im not impressed with anything Ive ordered so far... Just meh IMO. Not great - but not horrible.

Often busy at meal times so best to phone in order. Not much interesting about the decor, but the food is good. Some dishes are a little more expensive than expected. Not overly generous on portions of meat given in the dishes.

Best Chinese in Maine. Food is always on point and they deliver to surrounding towns. Prices are good and food is great. There is very little sitting room inside the restaurant which is fine for me, we take it to go always!

Got delivery and it was surprisingly good. I havent had much luck with chinese food in Maine, but Ill order from here again. A 5 star review would require it to be mind blowing, but this was perfect chinese delivery food.

They can make your food up to 5star spicy, i was hoping for 10stars. Wasnt spicy enough for me but they offered to sell me some hot sauce with my chicken fried rice. Great place for takeout.
