Applauded at how rude the woman was at the registered. They did not do orders by when placed. I placed my order and 6 drive thru orders were made before mine. It was done in front of my eyes... I waited 10 mins for a drink.. Come on really? Very poor service. A gent by the name Brian was very very helpful and professional. I do want him to be recognized by his professionalism. This is by far the worst starbucks ever. I spend over $100 a month on my gold card....I avoid this starbucks as much as possible. Wake up people.

The staff is friendly and upbeat unlike the coffee shop up the road in Yarmouth. Very accommodating and helpful. I do have a favorite and his name is Dustin. His customer service is superior and always with a kind word, smile and willingness to make suggestions. He knows what he sells. I never feel like I am an interruption to his day, but rather the reason for his day. One improvement would be more comfortable seating outside like Scarborough.

Falmouth has easily the nicest Starbucks staff around. Although nearly always busy, they are cheerful and manage to keep up with the pace of orders surprisingly well. Theyre also great at remembering faces and how you like your drinks. Thanks for the thousands of cups of coffee, Falmouth Starbucks Crew.

Generally I love Starbucks, but the service here at this location was terrible on the day of my visit. I was in the drive-through line for over 20 minutes. A car was disabled and unable to move forward-someone from the store should have told the people in line what happened.

Falmouth Starbucks always has a friendly voice at the drive-through, or at the counter. Although the wait can be long, there is always a bright smiling face at the window. Speedy and upbeat, the Falmouth Starbucks is my regular go-to place for the morning pick-up.
