I have eaten here many times over the years and can say their food is good. Tonight however I had the worst customer service from them that I wont return. I placed on order for delivery and was told 45 minutes. I provided my address and phone number. We live less than 3 miles away! After 1 1/2 hours I call very politely to see if the driver was maybe lost. I was placed on hold for a while and then told they were just going to start my food and get it delivered within 30 minutes. I asked if they would consider compensation for some of the cost since it would be at least 2 hours and was hung up on! Customers should not be treated so disrespectfully... we keep your business alive! We will not return!

I wont lie the food is good and cant be near for the price.... However I wont be returning. Lets set aside The cleaniness or lack thereof. The last time we ordered we got home to find we had nothing that we actually ordered. Being the food back and get screamed at by the man behind the counter telling us It was exactly what we ordered (it wasnt. At all.) after a back and forth they offered to redo our order. It was still wrong. More back and forth. We left with no food and $10 short of what we paid for the meals we ordered. Not how you run a business. At all.

I used to work on the road and have eaten Chinese food all over the country and this place has def been one of the worst experiences.. The first time I ordered from here they were not only late with my food, they gave me the wrong order entirely and I had to call them back and wait another 40min for my food to be exchanged. Thinking that the first time was a fluke, I ordered here again the other night only to have it take well over an hour for my food (I was told a half hour) and then I was unpleasantly up the entire night with food poisoning

I made my order at 6:16, they told me it would be there in 45 minutes to an hour... I got my food at 8 oclock, the food was luke warm and not very good. Also the prices that are on their online menus are no the prices. You might think its 25 dollars but itll come and be 43 dollars. Dont beleive the hype.

My husband and I really enjoyed reading the local reviews and getting insight on Wok n Rolls delightful Chinese food. Thanks to all the great reviews this was our choice for dinner and it was by far amazing. Please try the homemade duck sauce and crab ragoons.

Love the General Tsos combo and the crab ragoons. Old fashioned American Chinese Food for a great price. Complimentary tea in the lobby. If take out, plan ahead in evening and weekend hours. They get busy and wait times can exceed 30 minutes.

Always yummy. Generous portions for a LOT less than many places. Owner keeps inside Spartan, most use take out. Delivers to Hollis!!! Has all good veges, not junky fillers like slivered celery. Always a winner.

Food is great, but the service is hit or miss. You get put on hold immediately when calling - every single time. Delivery typically takes 30 minutes but on more than one occasion I have had to wait an hour or more.
